*This movie is set in the same universe as "Lucky partners" starring Ginger Rogers. Why ? The judge character is exactly the same in both movies ! Both are played by actor Harry Davenport, and have to deal (which they do with some confusion) with wacky defendants whose charges are near impossible to understand for someone who hasn't followed the movie.
