Said presents turned out to be the ones that Scrooge delivered aka. [[LaserGuidedKarma the ones containing coal]], ''and'' for extra misfortune on their part Bradford had reprimanded them, using the same techniques from "[[Recap/DuckTales2017S3E3DoubleODuckInYouOnlyCrashTwice Double-O-Duck in You Only Crash Twice!]]".

Just because "Franchise/LooneyTunes" also has witch character with the same name and green skin.

As mentioned on ArtisticLicenseHistory trope in "[[Recap/DuckTales2017S3E18HowSantaStoleChristmas How Santa Stole Christmas!]]", the concept of Santa Claus existed since Middle Ages. It could be possible that in this show, the title of Santa Claus is passed on, similar to "WesternAnimation/ArthurChristmas". The first Santa, Saint Nicholas, was in Ducktales continuity a brown bear living in Turkey who ended up inspiring other bear with his kindness. This could explain existence of Sinterklaas (the other Christmas figure similar to Santa) as him being a current Santa father. As for why Scrooge never heard of Santa is probably because his own family didn't know of his existence.

However when Pepper was around Webby's age and she alongside her mother were in an amusement park, F.O.W.L agents (on Black Heron's orders) kidnapped her when when she got lost in the crowd and later mindwrapped her in order to forget memories of her mother. Bradford noticed this and was ''furious'' at Heron - not only this was one of hers CardCarryingVillain schemes, but also she kidnapped child of one of their enemies, which could lead to their plans being ruined. However, Bradford realized that he could no longer undo what had happened and [[ManipulativeBastard decided to take advantage of it]] - he decided to lie to amnesiac girl that her parents got killed by S.H.U.S.H. As years passed, Bradford made Pepper into Egghead so [[PragmaticVillainy she could have some logical place in F.O.W.L]], and when F.O.W.L started working on "Project 87", Heron (after obtaining Scrooge DNA) realized that someone ''[[DidntSeeThatComing needs to give birth to Scrooge's heir]]''. Naturally, multiple female F.O.W.L agents (at least those that weren't mother's themselves or were planning to become) refused to do it. However, Pepper volunteered. When Heron ([[EvilCannotComprehendGood clearly confused]]) asked her why she wants to do it, Pepper answered that "she has a feeling that she needs to do it" or something similar. Bradford noticed this and began to fear that Pepper could regain her memories. Despite this, he allowed it, and Pepper soon give birth to Webby. Meanwhile, after losing Pepper, Mrs. Beakley become more harsh and protective towards her loved ones, which was shown when she was Donald, Della, Gladstone and Fethry nanny when they were kids and [[HeroOfAnotherStory were going on their own adventures with their uncle Scrooge]]. As for the reason why she didn't searched for her daughter is because she believed that F.O.W.L [[WouldHurtAChild killed Pepper]]. After Beakley rescued Webby from F.O.W.L base where she was being held, and when Webby started growing up, Mrs. Beakley noticed that she acts a lot like her daughter Pepper. Even though she started suspecting that her daughter is still alive and held captive by F.O.W.L, she refrained herself from these thoughts just in case it turned out that she was wrong. [[DramaticIrony Which was not the case]]. Nonetheless, if the theory that she is raising her granddaughter is really true, she becomed even more protectice than ever, and forbidden Webby to never leave mansion at any cost. After the events of "[[Recap/DuckTales2017S3E17TheFightForCastleMcDuck The Fight For Castle MCDuck]]', when Scrooge, triplets and Webby returned to mansion, Webby said to her Granny that "Phantom Blot sidekick was a girl named Pepper and she was a lot like me!", Mrs. Beakley then realized that her daughter has been alive this whole time, forced to serve F.O.W.L. Then you might ask: why [[CannotTellAlie Harp of Mervana]] nodded that Mrs. Beakley isn't Webby's gradma despite this theory proving otherwise? Namely Bradford told Harp to do it, in order to [[KickTheDog make one of his enemier suffer]]. As for why he convinced her to do it, he tell her that if she will not do it, [[ImpliedDeathThreat he will kill her]] earlier than the rest of people designated to be killed by Solego Circuit. Even though Harp know she will still die later, she agreed to do it. After the events of finale, Mrs. Beakley and Pepper (who will get her memories back) will have a BigDamnReunion, with Webby being overjoyed that she, ''indeed'' is her Granny's biological grandaughter. Meanwhile, [[TheLoad Duckworth]] will joke that with information that Webby is related to ''both'' Beakley and Scrooge, the two should marry (despite the fact he [[ShipperOnDeck ships his boss with Goldie]]), resulting in [[SugarWiki/FunnyMoments comedic moment]] where jealous Goldie accuses Beakley for cheating on her "[[AffectionateNickname Scroogie]]", resulting in Scrooge both being shocked and embarrassed.
