This series will be less episodic than the original by tying the [[VillainOfTheWeek Villains of the Week]] to Vicious and the Red Dragon. Villains like Mad Pierrot and Teddy Bomber could be rewritten as assassins hired by the Syndicate to kill Spike and his crew.

Due to the real life tragic fate of the ''Columbia'' it'd be in bad taste to use it here, but the episode is a memorable one, so it isn't unlikely they wouldn't just replace the ''Columbia'' with another shuttle. ''Endeavour'' seems the most likely just due to thematic reasons-'endeavour' is defined as 'to try hard to do or achieve something' or 'an attempt to achieve a goal' if you're in a country that treats 'endeavour' as a noun.

They are in a SharedUniverse, after all. It could even open the door for live action versions of ''these'' shows down the road.

Ed was teased quite a bit by the showrunners despite not appearing in any promotional material. Perhaps she'll show up at the very end to set up her role in Season 2.
