* * Somewhat '''Confirmed''', in that Tony Gilroy has confirmed that Season 2 will adhere to many previously established canon events in the timeline, so we'll probably get stuff in Season 2 like Mon Mothma's defection from the Imperial Senate, or references to the attack on Atollon or whatnot.

[[WMG:Season 2 will feature Syril as an ISB agent]]
The leaked Season 2 trailer shows Blevin talking to Syril about how something is happening, and that he doesn't know the half of it. It's likely that after saving Dedra, she helped get him a spot in the ISB, and that's why he's now casually talking to other ISB supervisors.

* Going off his name alone, it's possible he's Rael Averross, who is unaccounted for after Order 66.

* His description of everything that he's sacrificed for the Rebellion lines up quite well with the idea of a Jedi who had to give up everything the Jedi stand for to fight the Empire.

\n[[WMG: Extending on the above, since Mothma is already shown advocating for the Ghormans in the senate chamber, we may [[ResolvedNoodleIncident get further clarification or even see]] their future massacre down the road.]]
And in that case, Cassian and whoever's with him at the time could be shown watching her [[Recap/StarWarsRebelsS3E16SecretCargo Declaration of the Rebel Alliance]] further down the road.

For example, someone bringing up an incident where a cell of rebels [[Recap/StarWarsRebelsS1E13FireAcrossTheGalaxy blew up Tarkin's flagship]], causing the Empire to be ever more vigilant.

[[WMG:Luthern and his entire organisation will have to die. So the rebellion can live.]]
Luthern has said it himself. There's no happy ending for him. But there isn't one for Kleya, Vel and Cinta either. For the rebellion to succeed it needs to unite and become a militarised one. Cassian will eventually become Captain Andor, Rebel intelligence. But the Alliance has no place for terrorists who are independent minded.

* '''Confirmed'''; the episode guides on the official Star Wars website explicitly date the scene to pre-Clone Wars, and the presence of the Separatist patches in turn date the flashbacks to 24 BBY. Cassian is stated in [[https://www.starwars.com/databank/cassian-andor the Star Wars Databank]] to have been nine years old when he was adopted by the Andors, which still does not contradict previously established lore about Cassian growing up anti-Republic and being in this fight since he was six- his birth parents or greater Kenari society could've still been around at any point in the past three years for him to be a ChildSoldier dropping rocks on Republic troops from overhead.

* While not ''strictly'' jossed, the fact that a different character has been revealed as the rebel mole in those scenes makes it extremely unlikely.

Perhaps in the Kenari language, "I'm Kassa" or "My name is Kassa" sounds, to Basic-speaking ears, a bit like "Kassa yan", which sounds somewhat like "Cassian".

* Apparently '''confirmed''' by showrunner Creator/TonyGilroy; after the Season 1 finale, he revealed in an interview that the planned closing scene of the series will be Cassian boarding the transport to go to the Rings of Kafrene, where he'll get confirmation on the Death Star from Tivik.

[[WMG: When Cassian makes it to Yavin 4, he'll meet C-3PO and ask him if he speaks Kenari.]]
And this show being what it is, there's no possible way the scene won't be sad. Maybe 3PO doesn't know Kenari because it's too much of a minority language, and Cassian thanks him anyways. Or 3PO does know and Cassian gets to have a conversation with someone in his mother tongue for the first time in over a decade, which gets him thinking about everything he's lost. Or, the saddest option, 3PO starts talking away in Kenari and Cassian quickly gets lost, and he realizes he's forgotten his own native language, and has lost yet another piece of himself and his fallen people.

While she initially refused Davo’s offer, it was clear she was thinking about his offer. She’ll probably realize she’ll have to “make sacrifices” and arrange a marriage between her daughter and Davo’s son. When Lieda finds out about it she’ll understandably be pissed and potentially run away or [[EveryonehasStandards Perrin will put his foot down and leave her, taking their daughter with him.
