It's stated that Scout and Lulu (Tallulah) were named after Creator/BruceWillis and Creator/DemiMoore's daughters. But why would their parents skip over the oldest? Maybe they didn't. If Rumer died early enough that Scout doesn't really remember her, it would explain why she never mentions her to Sam.
