* Among the main characters in ''VideoGame/{{Nier}}'', Kaine and Weiss in particular appear to be constantly at each other's throats, with the [[SirSwearsALot ever-so-mouthy Kaine]] hurling profanities at Weiss, who then retorts with [[DeadpanSnarker dry criticisms calling out her language and clothes]]. However, they are still fast friends in spite of all, just as how they are close to Nier and Emil who are comparatively much nicer compared to the former two.
