* CoolSword: Gabriel first weapon is his trustworthy sword, being able to be swung around and acting as a some sort of dash dive with his secondary attack. The weapon even borrows the projectile boost system from V1 Shotgun.
** The second variation allows Gabriel to charge and release a cluster of swings, while overcharging it will become a beam of light that deals self damage as well, similarly to the pump action shotgun.
* Expy: Just like the main game, Gabriel remains an homage to Vergil, but here the reference becomes much more obvious with the mod being jokingly labeled as a "special edition".In reference to Vergil always becoming playable in every "Special Edition" of the games.
** On top of that, just like Vergil, Gabriel main weapon of choice is a sword.

!The mod shows the following tropes, blessed by the divine light:
* CoolSword: Gabriel first weapon is his trustworthy sword, being able to be swung around and acting as a some sort of dash dive with his secondary attack. The weapon also borrows the projectile boost system from V1 Shotgun.
** The second variation allows Gabriel to charge and release a beam of light.

** On top of that, just like Vergil, Gabriel main weapon of choice is a sword.
