* GameplayRoulette: Justified, due to the game's thematic premise. Buster and his friends were invited by Max Montana to enjoy his amusement park, in which each character can enter one of the main attractions. Each attraction has its own rules and gameplay template, which determines the control scheme. The final level, unlocked after winning in all attractions, is a standard platformer level like those of the game's predecessor.

A new amusement park, Wackyland, has opened in ACME Acres. Buster Bunny has recieved a letter from the park's owner, saying that he and his friends are invited to the opening ceremonies. Buster takes Babs Bunny, Plucky Duck, Hamton J. Pig, and Furrball to Wackyland, unaware that the park's owner is Montana Max, who has filled the park with tricks and traps as part of his plan to destroy them.

This game takes place in the Wackyland amusement park. There are six different attractions; the Bumper Cars, the Train, the High Speed Log Ride, the Roller Coaster, the Fun House, and the Ticket Booth. The first four attractions can be played in any order the player chooses. Each attraction has you play as a different character; Plucky in the Bumper Cars, Hamton on the Train, Furrball on the High Speed Log Ride, and Babs on the Roller Coaster. If the player can complete them, they will be rewarded with a gold ticket. Collecting four gold tickets will allow the player to access the fifth and final stage, the Fun House, where Buster must find and defeat Montana Max. Shirley the Loon manages the ticket booth, and will trade the players normal tickets for their points. If the player is unable to collect all four gold tickets, they can try to collect 50 normal tickets instead, as it will also grant them access to the Fun House. The game is over when the player runs out of points and tickets.

* PlotCoupon: The tickets. They come in two different types; normal and gold. You can use the normal tickets to gain access to the rides, and can collect gold tickets from completing them. To get more normal tickets, you'll need to trade your points in for them at the ticket booth. You need four gold tickets or 50 normal tickets to enter the fifth and final stage, the Fun House. If you run out of tickets and are unable to get any more, you get a GameOver.

!! This game provides examples of:

* AmphibianAssault: Frogs serve as enemies in Furrball's stage. They jump at him if he gets too close.
* AmusementPark: The entire game takes place at the Wackyland Amusement Park, which Montana Max has taken over as part of his plan to destroy Buster and his friends.
* AndCallHimGeorge: Elmyra Duff serves as an enemy in the Fun House. If she catches Buster, she'll take ten seconds off his time limit.
* AutoScrollingLevel: Hamton's stage, which takes place on a train is depicted as such. There are sections where Hamton has to let the screen catch up to him so it can push him through tight spaces.
* BigBad: As with most of the other ''Tiny Toon Adventures'' video games, Montana Max is the game's villain.
* BigFancyCastle: The fifth and final stage is the Fun House, which takes place inside a castle. You play as Buster in this stage, and can access it after collecting either four gold tickets or 50 normal tickets. Here, Buster must seek and defeat Montana Max.
* BlownUpwardByABlowhole: When Furrball reaches the end of the stage, he sinks into the water, but is shot out of the blowhole of the Mother Whale (from the TV series episode, "[[Recap/TinyToonAdventuresS1E45WhalesTales Whale's Tales]]").
* CarFu: Plucky's stage takes place in the bumper car circuit. This stage costs two tickets. In this stage, Plucky has to push the Roderick Rat clones into the hole within the time limit and avoid getting pushed into the hole himself.
* DemotedToExtra: In the previous game, Dizzy Devil was one of Buster's three helpers. In this game, you only see him in the closing credits after you beat the game.
* FeatheredFiend: Sweetie serves as an enemy in Furrball's stage.
* GravityScrew: There are certain sections of the Fun House where Buster will go through a door that leads to one where he ends up running on the ceiling.
* HeartsAreHealth: Your health bar consists of three hearts. Finding a HeartContainer will restore lost health, but they are rare to find.
* LocomotiveLevel: Hamton's stage takes place on a train. This stage costs two tickets.
* MadBomber: During the final battle with Montana Max, Monty tosses bombs from his blimp. [[TennisBoss Buster must use his flip kick move to toss them back at Monty]].
* MagicalMysteryDoors: In the Fun House, Buster comes across several doors, and has to pick the right one in order to find his way out.
* OverTheTopRollerCoaster: Babs' stage takes place on one. This stage costs four tickets, and requires a great amount of memorization of when to jump, duck, and flip the car around to avoid having Babs get hit.
* ParasolParachute: When Babs reaches the end of the roller coaster, which flies off the tracks, she uses an umbrella to slowly descend.
* PelvicThrust: In Hamton's stage, this is Hamton's method of attacking his enemies.
* PromotedToPlayable: In the previous game, Babs was a DamselInDistress and Hamton merely traded you extra lives for carrots when you found him. In this game, you get to play as each of them in their respective stages.
* PublicDomainSoundtrack: Part of the music for Hamton's stage features ''Toyland'' by Victor Herbert and Glen [=MacDonough=].
* RecycledSoundtrack: Plucky's stage features a music piece by Fred Steiner used in many episodes of the TV series, but most notably "[[Recap/TinyToonAdventuresS1E16RockNRoar Rock 'n Roar]]".
* RiverOfInsanity: Furrball's stage takes place on a high speed log ride. This stage costs three tickets. Here, Furrball must keep his balance on a log to avoid sinking into the water, and he must also dodge frogs, fish, and Sweetie Bird.
* TheSmurfettePrinciple: Of the five playable characters, Babs is the only female one.
* SuperDrowningSkills: If Furrball falls into the water before he reaches the end of this stage, he instantly loses a life.
* TimedMission: Each stage has a time limit. Plucky's has two minutes, Hamton, Furrball, and Babs' stages each have three, and Buster's has four (with the timer resetting to three during the final battle with Montana Max).
* TraintopBattle: At the end of Hamton's stage, Hamton battles Arnold at the train's engine.
* WhackAMonster: Hamton's battle against Arnold at the end of the stage has Arnold pop out of one of the engine's three domes. Hamton must hit him when he pops out to damage him.
* YouDirtyRat: Roderick Rat serves as a common enemy in the game.
