* GuideDangIt: While every other fight is triggered by entering and exiting any building, Wild Card [=McVee=] only appears when you go into the Saloon and start a card game with the bartender, and only ''after'' you kill Crafty Clint. [[spoiler:You also need to shoot him under the table while he's challenging you to a duel, or else he'll do the same to you.]]

* LoveTheme: A badly hummed song is played when the Man With No Name is with the prostitute. Sometimes, the song is replaced by really awkward noises between the two.

The tune quickly switches to a dramatic, cacophonous, and ''very'' loud reprise on organ before returning to the music box for a split second at the end. ** The [[WantedPoster "Wanted" posters]], and a point where the Creator/ClintEastwood {{expy}} asks for the time from the Creator/LeeVanCleef expy, who looks into his watch over some creepy organ music for ''nearly twenty seconds'', before uttering a [[LittleNo simple "no"]].

In the alternate ending where you [[ScrewThisImOuttaHere just up and leave]], a kid yells "Come back Shane" and is shot by the main character because "his name's not Shane" -- presumably "Shane" is the guy the gang actually has a quarrel with.]]

* TheUnfought: Immortal Isaac is the only criminal from the [[WantedPoster "wanted" posters]] that you never fight, or even [[TheGhost see]]. [[FridgeBrilliance Incidentally]], [[MeaningfulName this also makes him the only criminal aside from Evil Eb himself not to be killed by the protagonist]]. Then again, he could be the unseen knife-thrower who appears in the middle upstairs room of the saloon, who is never named or referenced by any other character.
