* AdaptationalBadass: [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=51Aenb9Xlak Ograoum Papas]]. He is an ugly giant ogre and a memorable boss in the otherwise forgettable 16-bit platformer game ''VideoGame/MrNutz''. His signature attack is [[EyeScream shooting his bouncing, constantly regenerating eyeballs at the player.]] The ''Super Mario Fusion Revival'' version upgrades him to shooting out ''[[MadeOfExplodium exploding]]'' eyeballs with the accuracy of an artilleryman, with roars and voices from ''VideoGame/SmashTV'', turning him into a BraggartBoss who makes a thunderous entrance into his battle arena before the fight proper. His unveiling in ''Super Mario Fusion Revival'' was so well received that Ograoum Papas has reached MemeticBadass status among the fans.

Up To Eleven is a defunct trope

The reason it has "Revival" appended to the name is because it is a revival of the idea that founder [=JudgeSpear=] once had for ''VideoGame/MushroomKingdomFusion'' way back when it was known as ''Super Mario Fusion: Mushroom Kingdom Hearts''. At one point in MKF's development, contact between [=JudgeSpear=] and other developers was strained, allowing it to mutate into a MegaCrossover taken UpToEleven. Rather than force the game to be put back on track, [=JudgeSpear=] took his simple old idea of Mario visiting other dimensions and started work on a new game with it.

* TheAmazon: Deep in the Amazon River basin (World 2-S4: Rebel River), Marco Rossi found a contingent of Rebel Army forces. However, the only clear way to it is to first traverse a stretch of the Amazon infested with [[PiranhaProblem piranha]]. There is a giant piranha fish nearby with a taste for flesh; contact with it will prove fatal!
