''Pikachu: I Choose You'' is an IdleGame based on ''Franchise/{{Pokemon}}'' made by Ophunt and released in 2015. In it, you start with a Pikachu, which produces more of them every few seconds. Once you think you have enough electric mice, you can try battling a Gym Leader to earn a Gym Badge to increase the speed at which they breed. The game is inspired by [[https://xkcd.com/1516/ this]] ''Webcomic/{{xkcd}}'' comic.
----
!!This game provides examples of:
* {{Cap}}: Just like in the games, you can only have 8 Gym Badges and level 100 for Pikachu, with the available number of Pikachu being the typical 1.8e308 (at which point the game will just display the infinity symbol).
* ContinuingIsPainful: Losing a Gym battle makes you lose a lot of Pikachu, and by a lot, it means 99.99% or so of the ones you have.
* ExplosiveBreeder: Those Pikachu release new ones within 3 seconds. The number released depends on their level.
* LevelDrain: The game threatens you if you try resetting for levels if you don't have enough Pikachu, saying you may even lose some levels, but nothing ultimately happens.
* {{Pluralses}}: The game uses "Pikachus" as the plural of "Pikachu", even though Pokemon names don't add an "s" when plural.
* ZergRush: The gameplay idea. Send a horde of Pikachu to the Gym and see if you can win.
