Misuse; don't pothole tropes under a different name.

* [[PlanetOfHats Planet of Masks]]: Nearly every tribe has their own unique masks; the Ulele's entire religion revolves around them, and a full-head mask [[spoiler:allows Eve to masquerade as a man to lead the Tammnians against the Tyrann.]]

A beautiful [[PointAndClickGame point-and-click]] AdventureGame for DOS [[UsefulNotes/IBMPersonalComputer PCs]] and UsefulNotes/AppleMacintosh from 1995, developed by Creator/CryoInteractive. The plot follows Adam, the young prince of Mo, in his quest to unite various races of Men and various species of Dinosaurs. The game features nice puzzles, a detailed backstory, impressive graphics for its time and a truly ''awesome'' soundtrack.

Added DiffLines:

* VestigialEmpire: Mo, at least at the start of the game. King Gregor hides in the one remaining citadel as Moorkus Rex terrorizes the world. Mo was implied to have been much larger under the reign of Adam's great-grandfather, the Architect, but his grandfather, the Enslaver, ruined things. As for Gregor, Adam's father, he at least made some effort to fight the Tyrann in his younger days, but stopped trying to restore Mo after his children were born, likely for fear of risking them.

Trope has been redefined, example is now misuse

* PteroSoarer: Eloi the ''Pteranodon'' is bipedal, but is toothless and appears to have fur. He is your transportation for much of the game, and eventually leads an entire squad of ''Pteranodons'' to carry your party.

* KingOfTheDinosaurs: The Tyrann, though in size and mobility they more resemble ''Albertosaurus'' with war claws than the classic Tyrannosaurus Rex. Either way, if they find you [[spoiler:at least before you get your Instruments Of Fear]], you're hamburger.

* StockDinosaurs: Eloi is a ''Pteranodon'', Dina and Mungo are ''Parasaurolophus'', and the Tyrann are...well, [[UsefulNotes/TyrannosaurusRex isn't it obvious?]] --Though, they do show some artistic license. ''Apatosaurus'', ''Brontosaurus'', ''Velociraptor'', ''Triceratops'', ''Mosasaurus'', and plesiosaurs all play important roles in the game. ''Stegosaurus'' skeletons appear as well, and ichthyosaurs make a cameo during the journey to Cantura.
