trope is renamed Prefers Going Barefoot. Dewicking old name

* DoesNotLikeShoes: An interesting example, as the protagonist only goes barefoot because, according to him, shoes make sneaking past the Thinmen much harder.

Weapon Of Choice is no longer a trope

* BoringButPractical: The protagonist comes to a gun shop filled with automatic weaponry and even (somewhat inexplicably) a chainsaw. His statement that his pistol is more "his style" prohibits the player from picking up any of it. Which makes sense, as using guns you aren't trained in (especially high-recoil ones like shotguns) is an easy way to injure yourself, and swinging a chainsaw around in combat is a great way to accidentally cut your own leg open.

* WeaponOfChoice: The protagonist comes to a gun shop filled with automatic weaponry and even (somewhat inexplicably) a chainsaw. His statement that his pistol is more "his style" prohibits the player from picking up any of it.
** The player hopes this is simply a case of AwesomeButImpractical being employed, as shotguns are very noisy and could potentially attract all manner of monstrosities towards you.
** However, because the pistol itself is fairly loud anyway and doesn't come with a silencer, its truly a moment of TooDumbToLive. Your character is ''intentionally'' snubbing weapons that increase his chances of survival.
** It's more of a case of RealityIsUnrealistic: using guns you aren't trained in (especially high-recoil ones like shotguns) is an easy way to injure yourself. Swinging a chainsaw around in combat is also a great way to accidently cut your own leg open.
