!Both game games feature the following tropes:tropes:
* AndNowForSomeoneCompletelyDifferent: Certain bonus levels in ''Ketzal's Corridors'' have you control the Hootzil Bros. instead of the world's guardian. They have a very awkward shape which changes with each world, and are much trickier to fit through walls without a lot of practice.

* EndlessGame: Not normally, but the Endless Ruins bonus levels keep going until you fail.
* MarathonLevel: The "Tower of Temperance" levels challenge you to match 100 shapes in a row with your chosen guardian, which takes quite a bit longer than most levels.
* {{Mayincatec}}: ''Ketzal's Corridors'' has an Aztec theme to its visuals and music, most notable in the cutscenes.

* TempleOfDoom: ''Ketzal's Corrdiors'' has an Aztec theme with the players needing to ascend a large golden tower in the jungle.

''Ketzals' Corridors'' is an action puzzle game developed by Keys Factory and published by Creator/{{Nintendo}} and released on UsefulNotes/Nintendo3DS on October 21, 2011 and April 11, 2012 everywhere else worldwide. The game is a sequel to the previous title ''[=ThruSpace=]'' which was released on UsefulNotes/WiiWare and had a generic puzzle game theme with no story of any kind.

The evil god Koruptal has bought chaos and destruction to the spirit world and it's up to you to set things right. But to do that, you must reach him high up in the sky. This is done by sending block-shaped guardians into the tower to navigate its corridors, which is done by maneuvering them around and rotating them so that they fit through holes in the various walls that separate parts of the tower.

!Both game feature the following tropes:
* BigBad: Koruptal in ''Ketzal's Corridors'' who has used his power to plunge the world into chaos.
* ByWallThatIsHoley: This is the central form of gameplay in both games. The player must move their block around so that it will fit through holes in various walls and not become damaged by touching a part of the wall.
* NoPlotNoProblem: ''[=ThruSpace=]'' has a generic puzzle game theme with no plot or story of any kind.
* RiseToTheChallenge: ''Ketzal's Corridors'' has the player gradually rising up through a tower to reach the top.
* TechDemoGame: ''Ketzal's Corridors'' is one for the 3DS [=eShop=] with its release early in the service and the fact that it makes use of the 3D visuals as pieces move through the tower.
* TempleOfDoom: ''Ketzal's Corrdiors'' has an Aztec theme with the players needing to ascend a large golden tower in the jungle.
