''Flash Focus'' is a Casual Puzzle Minigame game created for the UsefulNotes/NintendoDS and based on the work of Hisao Ishigaki, a Japanese professor that specializes in sports medicine and vision training. The game was released as part of Nintendo's ''Touch Generations'' series.

The game is similar in style to VideoGame/BrainAge, another casual Nintendo DS game which focuses on training the brain. In ''Flash Focus'', the player engages in a series of exercises that are designed to help the eyes to relax and focus. Also in a similar fashion, the game is designed to be played in short bursts.
