'"Eternity: The Last Unicorn'' is a fantasy-themed action game developed by Void Studios, an Indie company based in Sao Paulo, and published by 1C Entertainment, heavily inspired by Myth/NorseMythology and HighFantasy works.

In the fantasy kingdom of Alfheim, the elves were once immortal after they're bestowed four precious unicorns by the Holy Elven Goddess, Marea, creator and guardian of nature, who brought purity and prosperity to the elves. But when evil forces stole all but one of the unicorns, with [[TitleDrop the last unicorn, Eternity]] recovered without it's horn, the elves lose their immortality and powers, and it's up to the young elven warrior, Aurehen, to embark on a quest to restore Eternity's horn.

Along her journey, Aurehen will meet Bior, a human Viking warrior seeking his lost brothers. Their fates inevitably intertwines across the lengthy odyssey across Alfheim's dangerous forests, caverns and ruins...

Gameplay in ''Eternity'' follows the standard HackAndSlash template, with the player's current character gaining experience points to boost their levels and learn new tricks, Fantasy {{RPG}}-style. Players control either Aurehen or Bior in different segments in various levels, each with their own NPC encounters and different boss fights - some areas are accessible only by Aurehen because it's relevant only for her quest, and vice versa.

The game was released for the PC, UsefulNotes/PlayStation4 and UsefulNotes/XboxOne in 2019, to average / mixed reviews.

!! And this was how the pursuit of Eternity begins...
* AimForTheHorn: In the backstory, Eternity lost all its powers after losing it's horn.
* AlwaysChaoticEvil: Like every fantasy-themed game out there, the mooks consist of goblins, ogres, various undead and assorted fantasy-themed enemies who's hostile and attacks Aurehen or Bior just because.
* BarbarianLongHair: Bior fights without his helmet and have long, shaggy hair with an equally-magnificient beard, to match his "I'm such a Viking" appearance.
* BigBad: Gullveig the Dark Goddess, who stole the unicorns to empower herself and started a war among the Vikings, resulting in the deaths of Bior's family. She's the FinalBoss (fought by Aurehen) and last obstacle in the game.
* CanisMajor: Owing to the game's inspiration, Ulfstorr (supposedly related to Fenris in the Norse myths) is one of the bosses.
* CobwebJungle: Most of Jotundrir's internal corridors are filled with spider-webs, befitting an underground cavern alive with gigantic spiders.
* ContinuityNod: As the game is in a Norse setting, myths from Nordic times ''do'' exist in this game's verse. The final cutscene notably have the Elder Oracle congratulating Aurehen that her deeds are "greater than Siegfried's and Beowulf's".
* {{Cyclops}}: One-eyed horned giants are as a recurring GiantMook enemy throughout the game, who attacks by swinging hammers or via ShockwaveStomp.
* DefeatEqualsExplosion: One of the undead mook varieties (the one with a helmet) somehow explodes after being slain. It momentarily glows red when it hits the ground, and Aurehen or Bior needs to get the hell away or lose some health to the (huge) explosion radius.
* DegradedBoss:
** The Undead Warmonger who's the first boss returns in later stages as one of the two recurring GiantMook enemies (besides Cyclops).
** There are two Sorceress MiniBoss who reappears as normal enemies in the last few stages.
* EnchantedForest: Fensallyr Forest, the first stage where the game begins. It is where a powerful Nature Spirit called the Lord of the Forest resides who can bless Aurehen and Bior with upgrades, but it's also crawling with enemies.
* FallenAngel: Skogal the Dark Valkyrie who's a RecurringBoss in Bior's route. She used to be one of the lawful Valkyries before having a FaceHeelTurn prior to the game.
* FlashStep: Both Aurehen and Bior have this ability by tapping the retreat button, allowing them to sidestep attacks easily.
* FightingYourFriend: [[spoiler:Near the game's ending, Bior finally finds his lost family - slain, and his last brother reanimated as an undead monstrosity he must eliminate as a MercyKill]].
* GiantSpider: Oversized arachnids are rather frequent enemy throughout the game, many which shows up in Jotundrir - including it's boss, a [[KingMook Queen Spider]] large enough to take up half the cavern the battle is set in.
* GiantSquid: There's a gigantic swamp krakken who resembles a monstrous humboldt squid with ''spiked'' tentacles and a gaping, oversized mouth with MoreTeethThanTheOsmondFamily for chomping Bior down.
* HealingHerb: Elven plants can be collected by both Aurehen and Bior as a healing item. Yggdrasil leaves in particular can cure venom.
* IAmXSonOfY: Bior, in classical Viking fashion, introduces himself like this when meeting Aurehen the first time.
--> I am Bior, son of Bathor, and I have never breathed such evil air as this...
* KingMook:
** The Spider Queen of Jotundrir is a ''Queen'' Mook version of the regular GiantSpider enemies.
** There's also a Goblin King, the King of those recurring goblin mooks (well, no shit) as one of the boss.
** Skogal, the FinalBoss who's an upgraded version of the sorceress enemies.
* NatureSpirit: The Lord of the Fensallyr Forest is a ''gigantic'' tree-creature shaped like an elk / centaur hybrid. Seeking his assistance will produce power-upgrades and new skills.
* PowerFloats: There's a couple of sorceress MiniBoss enemies who floats all over the place while trying to slice up Aurehen, and lesser sorceress mooks that remains airborne until they're killed in later stages. Skogal also spends her entire boss battle floating.
* RollingAttack: The frequently-encountered shelled reptiles in forests can curl themselves into a ball and hit Aurehen or Bior with a rolling tackle. However it takes them several seconds to prep this attack, and they could be interrupted with a quick slash.
* SavePoint: Bonfires serve as save points where Aurehen and Bior can rest at.
* ScaryScorpions: The ruins around Reno Lake have scorpions larger than cattles as enemies.
* SkeletonsInTheCoatCloset: The Undead Warmonger (and it's weaker versions) wears a huge bovine skull as a helmet. And has skulls as belt buckles and wrist-guards to match.
* StorybookOpening: The game begins with a grimoire full of runes opening up, with the first few pages narrating Alfheim's past and the backstory. It then segues into the first level featuring Aurehen.
* SwordLines: Both Aurehen and Bior can leave behind slash-lines with every swing of their weapons. As does most of the bosses.
* TechnicolorFire: Fensallyr Forest have torches that burn ''green'' flames, to emphasize it's magical nature.
* ThemeMusicPowerUp: For most of the game, it's background music is calm, serene, soothing, befitting a fantasy setting if Aurehen or Bior are merely strolling around. But the moment they enter an area containing enemies or bosses, the music immediately becomes intense as they kick ass.
* UndergroundLevel: Jotundrir is a network of subterranean caves where Aurehen and Bior gets to explore. It's also filled with giant spiders, various undead, ogres and all kinds of enemies.
