''Dice and the Tower of the Reanimator: Glorious Princess'' is a 2021 UsefulNotes/RPGMaker MV game developed by [=MaouCat=] Studio and Sounding Stone. It is part of the Peacemaker series and is a prequel to ''VideoGame/HeroKingQuestPeacemakerPrologue''. It also uses the exact same dice battle system as ''VideoGame/Case02ParanormalEvil''.

Princess Gloria of the Silver Kingdom is suffering from disease, and it's up to the warrior, Bambooblade, to find the cure. There are rumors that the Reanimator of the Dark Realm has an elixir that can cure the princess, but the Reanimator doesn't take kindly to trespassers in her tower. Bambooblade will to use his luck and determination, along with the help of a cleric and knight, to scale the tower and defeat the Dark Ones within.

!This game contains examples of:
* BareFistedMonk: Despite his name, Bambooblade starts with no weapon, leaving him with one one dice for strength checks. His barehanded attacks are also incapable of killing any enemies. [[spoiler:Reaching the FinalBoss while only using fists to finish off enemies will result in the good ending.]]
* BigBad: The Reanimator is the main antagonist of the game, since she's in charge of all the Dark Ones in the tower and has the elixir that Bambooblade needs to cure Princess Gloria.
* BittersweetEnding: In the good ending, [[spoiler:Bambooblade manages to keep his companions alive and complete his mission, but the Reanimator's warning about humans plundering the Dark Realm turn out to be prophetically true. However, the protagonists hope they can change humanity for the better and prove the Reanimator wrong.]]
* CoversAlwaysLie: The Steam box art shows Princess Gloria as a companion, but in the actual game, she never enters the tower.
* DegradedBoss: In the normal ending, the Reanimator will summon a zombified giant orc, which is the same as the first boss, but it only consists of one roll rather than several turns.
* DifficultyLevels: Standard mode allows the die to roll up to 6, Hard mode allows the die to roll up to 3, and Extreme mode allows the die to roll up to 1.
* DownerEnding: If the player beats the game while using a sword at least once, [[spoiler:the cleric and knight will be killed and turned into zombies by the Reanimator, which weighs heavily on Bambooblade even after he obtains the elixir.]]
* EarnYourHappyEnding: The good ending can be obtained by beating the game without using a sword, though this means the player will always get the worst outcomes in strength checks. [[spoiler:Since no Dark Ones died, this prevents the Reanimator from reviving any of her minions, allowing the cleric and knight to survive the final battle. However, the Reanimator will be enraged and fight more aggressively than in the bad ending.]]
* FinalBossNewDimension: In the good ending path, the Reanimator will transport everyone to a platform made of volcano interior tiles.
* FindTheCure: Bambooblade's goal is to find the elixir that can cure Princess Gloria's disease, but the Reanimator has this item and isn't willing to share.
* {{Hypocrite}}: Played straight in the bad ending, where Bambooblade attempts to negotiate with the Reanimator despite showing no mercy to the non-human Dark Ones. Averted in the good ending, where Bambooblade spares the Dark Ones, making his offer of a truce more consistent.
* KaizoTrap: On a fist run, depleting the Reanimator's HP will result in her using one final attack, meaning the player needs to be prepared to survive it in order to reach the good ending.
* LifeDrain: In the good ending route, the Reanimator uses her full moveset, which includes an attack that absorbs HP from Bambooblade. However, it only heals about the same amount as a weak attack from Bambooblade, making the battle last one turn longer at best.
* LuckManipulationMechanic: Clovers can be used to spend destiny points, allowing the player to increase the value of dice rolls. Better gear can also increase the number of dice used for a check.
* PacifistRun: On a fist run, Bambooblade will knock out enemies rather than kill them. [[spoiler:This causes the good ending to happen, since the Reanimator can't revive her minions as undead if they never died in the first place.]]
* PoorCommunicationKills: Bambooblade attempts to negotiate with the first orc he sees, but the latter doesn't speak the same language, so they end up fighting anyways.
* SequelHook: The post-credit scenes show character art for an upcoming game in the ''Peacemaker'' series, ''Peacemaker: Glorious Princess''. It also shows screenshots from ''Dark Lord: Peacemaker'', but that game got rebooted into ''VideoGame/HeroKingQuestPeacemakerPrologue''.
* TheStarscream: In the good ending route, [[spoiler:the Reanimator states that she never showed the Dark Lord her full power, hinting that she's disloyal. The [[VideoGame/HeroKingQuest sequel]] reveals that this disloyalty is completely deserved, since the Dark Lord can't be trusted to protect non-dark elf citizens.]]
* TechnicalPacifist: On a fist run, Bambooblade won't kill any enemies, but he will knock them out by punching them.
* TrueFinalBoss: If the player is on the good ending path rather than the bad ending, the Reanimator will be much stronger, not only because the player is limited to using fists, but also because she has new skills and can override mechanics that the player took for granted during the bad ending final battle. [[KaizoTrap Upon defeat]], she'll use her ultimate attack to catch the player off-guard.
* WhatMeasureIsANonHuman: The Reanimator considers Bambooblade to be an aggressor for killing her minions. This can be defied on a fist run, where Bambooblade doesn't kill any Dark Ones.
* WorthyOpponent: The Reanimator recognizes Bambooblade's strength after seeing him make it through her tower by himself. Unfortunately, she also deems him a worthy zombie slave, making a battle with her unavoidable. [[spoiler:In the good ending route, she's at first baffled by his mercy towards the Dark Ones, but after losing to his fists, she admits he stuck to his guns and gives up the elixir, but not without challenging his optimistic views about humanity.]]
* VillainHasAPoint: In the good ending, [[spoiler:the Reanimator warns that humans will continue invading the Dark Realm to sate their greed even after her tower is sealed, which the cleric and knight report is true.]]
* VillainousBreakdown: [[MisanthropeSupreme The Reanimator]] believes all humans are violent, greedy, and bigoted beings. [[spoiler:In a fist run, Bambooblade proves her wrong by sparing all of her minions, causing her to be enraged at his idealism and to fight more aggressively.]]
