''Cyber Chaser'' is a 2013 UsefulNotes/AdobeFlash video game by Silen Games. In it, you play as an unnamed buff man who gets his car destroyed by a huge robot. He decides to take action and fight against them.

There are three in-game levels, or Episodes, in which you need to traverse a level and beat a boss at the end. Along the way, you must dodge obstacles and kill enemies, as the protagonist runs and the gun fires automatically. There are twelve weapons to use, as well as fifteen challenges and ninety-nine quests to beat.

The game received a sequel in 2015 called ''Cyber Chaser: Counterthrust'', which mostly took the plot into space and increased difficulty as well as prices slightly. Other than that, it's pretty much the same game.
----
!!This game provides examples of:
* AbsurdlyHighLevelCap: The highest reachable level is 40, but the game can be beaten in the low twenties. It is largely there to provide an edge for Survival Mode.
* AirborneMook: Several robot enemies, especially those in later stages, fly and shoot at you in the air.
* BigNO: The hero always screams out "NO!" when he dies.
* BossOnlyLevel: There are three challenges in which you only refight a boss, with it having more HP and no pickups.
* BottomlessMagazines: The default weapon you've equipped has infinite ammo. It's the other weapons you can pick up that are limited, but they can bought later.
* DegradedBoss: Survival Mode has previously defeated bosses appear as standard enemies. There can even be two or three of them at once.
* DoubleJump: You can jump in the air again to gain extra height. The Double Jump upgrade allows for up to four jumps in the air
* EndlessGame: Survival Mode, where your goal is to run as far as possible while less pickups appear.
* ExcusePlot: As the game's intro shows, the plot can be summed us: "Robots appeared and destroyed your car, get revenge".
* FlyingSaucer; The Episode 3 boss is a red UFO. It being flying makes it more unpredictable than the other bosses.
* GoombaStomp: Stomping on enemies and other destructible things deals damage. It can be increased with the Stomp Damage upgrade.
* HeroicSecondWind: If you lose all life and open boxes, there's a chance that a box will revive your character with some health.
* InterchangeableAntimatterKeys: You get to use all keys that have been picked up after a level. Each opened box gets rid of a few keys, but they can be used on all boxes.
* MercyInvincibility: The protagonist gets a few seconds of invincibility after getting hit.
* MissionPackSequel: The game's sequel, ''Cyber Chaser: Counterthrust'', is basically the same game with new graphical assets and higher difficulty.
* MoneyMultiplier: The Double Coins power-up does what the name suggests for the duration of one stage.
* NonLethalBottomlessPits: Bottomless pits don't kill the character, just deal some damage.
* PowerUpMagnet: The Coin Magnet upgrade affects the rate at which coins, gems, and fuel cans are attracted.
* PreviouslyOn: ''Cyber Chaser: Counterthrust'' begins with a "Previously on ''Cyber Chaser''" montage which shows three random stills related to the previous game's plot.
* RedIsHeroic: In ''Cyber Chaser: Counterthrust'', the protagonist wears a red suit and is the only character to wear red. Though in the original, he wore a white shirt and in fact, the enemies were red.
* SequelDifficultySpike: The sequel, ''Cyber Chaser: Counterthrust'', is quite a bit harder. Prices are higher and level design is often trickier.
* SpikesOfDoom: Spikes appear as a common hazard, always dealing damage when you touch them.
* TurnsRed: Bosses start using additional attacks when they're under 25% health.
* VideoGameFlamethrowersSuck: Averted. The Flame Gun has a long range and the fire sticks around for a long time while dealing high damage.
* VideoGameSliding: The player character can slide to avoid attacks or get under incoming obstacles.
* AWinnerIsYou: Beat Episode 3 and you only get a screen with the hero shooting a mech and the text "CONGRATULATIONS! All Episodes Completed!"
