* KeepCirculatingTheTapes: When the episodes were brought over to the United States to air on Nicktoons Network in the late 2000s, they had to undergo some changes in order to appeal to the viewers. Notably, a couple episodes [[{{Woolseyism}} were re-dubbed for American audiences]] (for example, the episode [[Recap/TheSecretShowS1E3BogieBall "Bogie Ball"]] was re-titled "Booger Ball" and had all instances of "bogie" dubbed over). Most of the Nicktoons Network versions of the episodes are currently lost aside from old recordings off of people’s [=TVs=].

** [[Recap/TheSecretShowS2E8SecretSpider "Secret Spider"]], a Series 2 episode, saw the aliens within the titular spider make a dance mix out of some of the names Changed Daily had received in past episodes... except for "Ickle Babykins," which he didn't get until four episodes later in [[Recap/TheSecretShowS2E12ItsAHamsterWorld "It's a Hamster World"]].

* CelebrityVoiceActor: The show has a tendency of casting celebrities to play one-shot or minor characters, most notably the likes of Creator/StephenFry as Lucky Leo, [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Penelope_Keith Penelope Keith]] as Nana Poo Poo, and Creator/TomBaker as Robert Baron.

** [[Recap/TheSecretShowS1E11AlienAttack "Alien Attack"]] is a Series 1 episode about humanity making FirstContact with the titular aliens. The problem? The episode aired ''after'' the episodes [[Recap/TheSecretShowS1E2WhoStoleSwitzerland "Who Stole Switzerland?"]] (which featured Martians) and [[Recap/TheSecretShowS1E8TheBallOfSpong "The Ball of Spong"]] (which featured the Floaty-Heads).

* FanNickname: The Chief of U.Z.Z. is often referred to by fans and online sources as "Changed Daily" since he doesn't have a [[ConstantlyChangingName consistent name]].
