** When the crew was deciding how to handle the credits in episode 2, they initially considered reusing the animation from the first episode, but Meeks (one of the animators) wanted to have Raven and Slash sing "[=ChuChu Lovely=]" by Maximum the Hormone. The crew decided against this, but liked the idea of having different songs and characters in each episode. They thought about using "My Own Worst Enemy" by Lit, but eventually settled on the ending theme from ''VideoGame/SpaceChannel5 Part 2''. They were eventually able to use "[=ChuChu Lovely=]" as the credits song of episode 5.
** The Extracurricular Cryptid Club in episode 4 was supposed to include two other students besides Wolf Girl, namely a [[FearsomeCrittersOfAmericanFolklore jackalope]] and TheJerseyDevil. They were cut to streamline the fight scene. The Jersey Devil student eventually made an appearance in episode 5.
** One of the students designed for the fight montage in episode 4 was cut, and their spot was replaced by Paul Phoenix.

However, the ending rendered incorrectly, causing the audio to cut out.
