Originally started as a spin-off to ''[[Toys/{{Poopsie}} Poopsie Slime Surprise!]]'' called ''Rainbow Surprise'', MGA Entertainment has retooled the line into ''[[https://rainbowhigh.mgae.com/ Rainbow High]]''. Launched in 2020, the toyline centers around the students of the eponymous boarding school, with a prestigious focus on the arts. Each character is based on a [[ColorMotifs specific color]] and is focused on a certain art field.

* YourCheatingHeart: In episode 5, Colin cheats on Skylar by accepting Ruby (who didn’t know the two were together) as his date to the Color Block Party. The following episode reveals that what Colin intended by their agreement to downplay their relationship is ‘’to break up''. Skylar runs out of the party in tears, and Ruby ditches Colin to comfort her friend.

* ThereAreNoAdults: Downplayed. There ''are'' adults in the universe, currently only Lou Wright and Ms. Morton, but they're minor characters. It's unlikely the parents of the characters will appear anytime soon since this is a boarding school.
