* BadassLongcoat: A few of the pirates, and the Scarecrow.

* ActionGirl: The Fairy Warrior seems to be. This is averted with the Robot Girl, though. While her male counterpart was an armored space fighter, she is not geared for combat, and has only a futuristic hand mirror. Sakura Haruno, Tsunade, Konan and Shizune in the Naruto series are also these.

Our Elves Are Better has been refocused and renamed Our Elves Are Different. Tropes are not arguable or ambiguous.

* HairDecorations: There's a long hairpiece with a pin on the side to allow these to be worn. The Series 4 Hula Girl has a flower, the Series 5 Mermaid and Native American woman have a seashell and feathers, respectively, and the Series 10 vampiress has a bat. The "hatless" high bun hairdo also allows for a hair ornament to be worn around it, as seen on the Series 3 Southern Belle.

* EarlyInstallmentWeirdness: The first series' designs look a bit different from the later series'. Several of the characters are made to tie in to current themes, so the evolving aesthetic (compare the fairy in Series 1 to the fairies in series after the new theme) can make this happen at any point in the theme.

* EvilCounterpart: Shows up a few times, like the Series 3 Robot to the Series 5 Android, the Series 6 Fairy Queen and Evil Sorceress, and the Series 8 Wizard and Witch.
* EvilSorcerer: The shadowed eyes of the Green Wizard seem to imply this. Since it's a tie-in to the [[EvilVersusEvil Dragons theme]], it seems to support this. The Maleficent ripoff in Series 8 is a female version. The Fire Wizard in 10 could go either way.
