The first one happens in the middle of the credits (right after the principal cast and before the rest of the crew). It was a novel thing at the time, and resulted in many patrons who were in the midst of leaving the theater standing frozen while the extra scene played. * ''Film/IronSky'' ends with a shot of a satellite or a space station orbiting Mars. Subverted in that it plays no part in the [[Film/IronSkyTheComingRace sequel]]. However, the sequel's stinger reveals [[spoiler: a huge hammer-and-sickle shaped Soviet city on Mars with Sputnik-shaped satellites in orbit, while "Kalinka" plays in the background]].

* The live-action adaptation of ''Manga/KimiNiTodoke'' has three clips during the credits and one after, the final stinger involving [[spoiler: Sawako holding two planetarium tickets as replacements to the ones Kazehaya threw away. It ends with the two of them happily heading off on a date together.]]

Due to the fact that the authorities of that world have no criminal records on him, they let him go. The second post-credits scene shows Toomes meeting up with Morbius, having somehow reconstructed the Vulture suit, and proposes that they team up to "do some good".]]

* During the credits in ''Film/TerminatorGenisys'', [[spoiler: Genisys' system core in a hidden subterranean chamber has survived the explosion and a holographic projection of the now self-aware Skynet looks on.]]

* ''Film/{{Annie 2014}}'' has Stacks, Grace, and Annie watching the next ''[=MoonQuake=] Lake'' movie.

* ''Film/Boogeyman2005'': After the credits, we see the shot of a little girl's room from inside the closet. The girl asks one of her parents to close the closet door for who, and the parent complies.

* After the credits for ''Film/Constantine2005'' end, there's a scene with Constantine visiting Chas Kramer's grave. Chas appears in "[[HalfHumanHybrid halfbreed]]" form (half-angel [[WingedHumanoid with wings]]), then rockets up into the sky.

* ''Film/Daredevil2003'' has a very cartoonish scene with Bullseye after the credits, depicting him in a cartoon-like full-body cast. However, he still hasn't lost his touch with accurate throws, as he kills a fly by throwing a syringe at it.

* In the ''Film/DawnOfTheDead2004'' remake, a last segment is interspersed with the credits, showing (through video camera footage) the surviving main characters [[spoiler:traveling on the boat they escaped to at the end of the film. They find a zombified head gnashing away in a rowboat, struggle with the lack of food, potable water and gas, before finally reaching their island destination. Unfortunately, they take one step onto the shore and are promptly chased back towards their boat by a rampaging horde of the undead.]] This entire segment was belatedly filmed and added to the final print after preview audiences complained about the film's original abrupt ending.

* At the end of ''Film/InspectorGadget1999'', there are a couple of scenes, one of a TV show called [=RoboBrenda=] Aerobics, the headless body of [[EvilTwin RoboGadget]] run around for a while before slamming into the camera, one showing Sykes going to a [[TropaholicsAnonymous Henchman's Anonymous]] meeting, with many other minions, such as [[Film/TheSpyWhoLovedMe Jaws]], [[Film/{{Goldfinger}} Oddjob]], [[Series/FantasyIsland Tattoo]], and [[Radio/TheLoneRanger Tonto]], a scene with Penny using her famous watch to try and communicate with Brain, [[spoiler:resulting in us hearing Don Adams talking as Brain]], and finally the [=GadgetMobile=] attempting to convince us that this was actually ''his'' movie.

** They ''were'' trying to make a sequel, but Cannon (which was planning to make the sequel and a ''Spider-Man'' movie back-to-back) ran out of cash and lost the license, forcing them to cannibalize the existing stuff; the movie that resulted was ''Film/{{Cyborg 1989}}''.

* ''Film/{{Mandy 2018}}'' shows a shot of the title character's sketches.
* ''Film/MostLikelyToMurder2018'' has a mid-credits scene of Sheriff Perkins in the car, receiving a phone call from Elana about how their son ate weed that he found in a bobblehead dog that Perkins stole from Billy.

He listens in on the ensuing conversation, where a female G.U.N. agent informs the Commander that a black site file dating [[VideoGame/SonicAdventure2 50 years back]] was uncovered while clearing Robotnik from the databases. It contained coordinates to a research facility housing a black and red hedgehog, [[EyeAwaken who opens his red lightning-fuelled eyes]]. The name of this test subject? ''Project Shadow'']].

* Subverted by — what else — ''Film/MontyPythonAndTheHolyGrail'', which features no ending credits whatsoever; it cuts abruptly to a black screen and plays repetitive organ music for two minutes and forty seconds. It's an Ingmar Bergman pastiche. What did you expect to happen after they sacked the people responsible for writing the subtitles, those responsible for sacking the people who have just been sacked, and the directors of the firm hired to continue the credits after the other people had been sacked?
