A lot of this is big expectations based on generic statements that have flexible interpretations, Sheldon's asthma around cats was listed as a potential problem and not a persistent one, "7 years ago" can also mean "7 and a half years ago" and the timeline works out fine, Leonard's snoring could be something that developed since the previous line was made, etc
