* Fighting game ''VideoGame/{{Schwarzerblitz}}'' averts this with most of the cast... except for [[{{HandicappedBadass}} Cyphr's]] second costume having a NavelDeepNeckline and Amy's first costume
showing {{Sideboob}} and {{Underboobs}}. All other available costumes in the game are pretty tame, in comparison.

* ''VideoGame/NeverwinterNights'' had a particular issue with this, sensible robes and armour suddenly morphed into low cut dress and body hugging tops when picked up by a female player, you could even strip a character down to their underwear.

** Lilica Felchenerow is shown wearing a [[SleevesAreForWimps sleeveless jacket]] with [[AbsoluteCleavage zipper down]]. And one of her win poses has her [[TheCoatsAreOff whipping her jacket off]] revealing her [[BareYourMidriff sports bra]].

*** Artemis' dress in her earlier forms [[AbsoluteCleavage looks the part from the waist up]], but is actually long enough to reach her ankles. Her stage 3 and 4 artwork however, is completely this. It can be summed up as a strip of red cloth that's magically sticking to her breasts to keep her dignity.

* Let's see...in ''VideoGame/SengokuBasara'', we have [[http://img4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20111115193033/s__/sengokubasara/images/8/82/Sengoku-basara-chronicle-heroes-nohime.jpg Nohime]], who provides the game's entry into ShesGotLegs, while her style-{{Expy}} [[http://i.imgur.com/FnHmQlv.jpg Magoichi Saika]] is full on BareYourMidriff with a side of [[OfCorsetsSexy corsets]], and [[http://img3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20111115194801/s__/sengokubasara/images/f/f3/Sengoku-basara-chronicle-heroes-kasuga.jpg Kasuga]] is a 'ninja' with AbsoluteCleavage that goes all the way down to her crotch, we kid you not. On the male side of things, there is no way that Yukimura should get away with [[https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/yukimura_9446.jpg this]] in a Sengoku-era battlefield.
* Just to rub it in, ''VideoGame/SamuraiWarriors'' also has Noh showing [[ShesGotLegs legs]] and [[AbsoluteCleavage cleavage]] in spades. Neither Kai, Nene, nor Kunoichi are little better, since the last one [[BareYourMidriff shows even more skin than the first two]]. Newcomer Naotara Ii isn't helping matters either. The men's side of things is held up this time by Motochika Chosokabe, who is shooting for some kind of goth/rock star/sex god visual effect.

* ''VideoGame/RustyHearts'': Natasha's default outfit is a small jacket over a cleavage-and-[[BareYourMidriff midriff-baring]] [[OfCorsetsSexy corset]] and a miniskirt, and some other options take it UpToEleven. Meilin defaults to a qipao minidress with sideboob. Roselle has a tiny top with underboob and a bottom that can't decide if it wants to be panties or hotpants. Angela stands out by averting this with a full if sleeveless blouse and knee-length skirt.

* ''VideoGame/ScarletBlade'' the game only features female classes who only wear [[UpToEleven super stripperiffic]] outfits.

* Reika, the PlayerCharacter of ''VideoGame/TimeGal'', is barely dressed. Somehow, she's able to make it through the ice age without freezing to death.
* Solange from ''VideoGame/CodeOfPrincess''. {{Lampshade|Hanging}}d when two soldiers mistake her for a prostitute.

* ''VideoGame/NinNinDays'': Sumire is a {{Ninja}} girl whos outfit is composed of a purple-and-white floral print bikini and skirt, with a purple scarf and ribbon, and black leggings and shoes.

** [[CombatSadomasochist Evelynn]] effectively dresses in bondage gear, complete with spikes.

* ''VideoGame/{{Rosenkreuzstilette}}'' has Luste Teuber, whose entire outfit consists of a skimpy black bikini, thigh-high boots, elbow gloves and a choker.

* Princess Solange from ''VideoGame/CodeOfPrincess''. Despite her insistence that it's a "designer gown", it look anything but. Her breastplate barely covers her chest, and at one point, two soldiers mistake her for a prostitute.

* A lot of the female champions in ''VideoGame/LeagueOfLegends'' play this trope straight. The only real exceptions are [[TokenMiniMoe Annie]], [[{{Shorttank}} Poppy]], [[LadyOfWar Irelia]], [[SamusIsAGirl Kayle]], [[CloudCuckooLander Lulu]], [[SmallGirlBigGun Tristana]], [[MagicalGirl Lux]], [[{{Ojou}} Karma]], [[BrokenBird Riven]], Fiora and possibly [[MusicalAssassin Sona]], depending on whether or not you count an ImpossiblyLowNeckline revealing [[MostCommonSuperpower amazing cleavage]] as stripperiffic. And surprisingly given her MsFanservice status, [[{{Kitsune}} Ahri]] merely wears a short-but-not-that-short skirt and shows some cleavage…and her alternate skins are all ''less'' revealing.

** [[KnifeNut Katarina]] dresses in revealing black leather.

* The female versions of Raider armor in ''VideoGame/{{Fallout 3}}'' are generally quite revealing, some more than others. Then again, they are on the men as well, making it an equal-opportunity trope in this case. The Ordnance/Bombshell Armor from the DLC ''The Pitt'', which consists of [[WhoWearsShortShorts short shorts]] and a [[ChainmailBikini Mini-Nuke casing bra]], is the most flagrant example. The Leather Rebel armor also has a rather high damage resistance for the amount of exposed skin. Then there's the [[BareYourMidriff midriff-baring]] female Merc Adventurer outfit, which subverts this with a much lower DR. A notable aversion is the decidedly modest Reinforced Leather Armor from ''VideoGame/FalloutNewVegas''. In fact, many of the higher-level armors have unisex models (identical on male and female characters).

* Velvet from ''VideoGame/OdinSphere'' is basically always bearing her midriff. The other two female characters, while more modestly dressed, are basically wearing [[WhoWearsShortShorts short shorts]] and a ballet tutu with leg armor. There's a bit of LampshadeHanging in the Winterhorn Ridge stage (which is exactly the kind of place it sounds like) when a shopkeeper NPC remarks "A half-naked maiden on this mountain? I hope I'm not hallucinating..." Another Winterhorn Ridge shopkeeper asks, "You came all the way up here dressed like ''that?''".

** Yuudachi's default outfit is a SailorFuku crop top that shows {{Underboobs}}, combined with a [[DangerouslyShortSkirt microskirt that shows her underwear and ass.]] The rest of her outfits also show off {{Underboobs}} with her Shogun of Snowballs outfit being a bunch of bandages over her nipples, causing some cleavage to be shown as well while having another tiny skirt and also featuring ZettaiRyouiki. Virtually none of her outfits are modest at all, while sporting a large bust in spite of her appearance.

** ''VisualNovel/FateStayNight'': Rider's DangerouslyShortSkirt and impossibly tight top, which somehow manages to survive her acrobatic fighting style. This is because the dress was a gift from her sisters when she was younger, and she refuses to get rid of it even though she's outgrown it. It was a bit of a cruel joke from her sisters; they are true immortals and never grow, but Rider isn't.

** The [[ContemptibleCover cover art]] for ''[[VideoGame/TheElderScrollsArena Arena]]'' features a female warrior in the [[ChainmailBikini smallest bikini possible]] - even though [[LadyNotAppearingInThisGame no such "armor" appears in the game itself]].

* Samara from ''VideoGame/MassEffect2'' wears a skintight catsuit with an extremely low neckline. Subject Zero/Jack doesn't even wear clothes from the waist up, just a belt.thing that just barely covers her nipples.

** Creator/BioWare did pick up and the somewhat negative reaction from the fans on these outfits, and have released a couple of optional Appearance Pack [[DownloadableContent DLCs]] that address it. The first pack gives Jack a proper jacket and vest, which appear to be armored, while the second pack gives Miranda a suit of light plate armor similar to the light armor suits in the first game, complete with replacing her CombatStilettos with boots.

* ''VideoGame/MetaloidOrigin'': Erika's outfit shows ''a lot'' of skin[[note]][[AmbiguousRobots Assuming that even ''is'' skin]].[[/note]], particularly around her crotch and sides, and also leaves her shoulders exposed. Neva's outfit isn't as bad, but still leaves her upper thighs, shoulders and [[BareYourMidriff stomach]] exposed. Averted with [[TheOneGuy Zeta]], as his (admittedly odd) armour [[DoubleStandard covers everything from the neck down]], [[FingerlessGloves except his fingers]].

* [[spoiler:Yu Mei-ren]]'s "dress" covers her nipples, genitals, asscrack, and nothing else. And it always looks like it's one step away from WardrobeMalfunction.

* ''VideoGame/DarkSouls'' generally averts this trope, with both males and females covering up, but [[ReoccurringElement in each game]], there's going to be one female enemy that wears practically nothing.

* Samus Aran from ''Franchise/{{Metroid}}'' avoided this trope entirely, to the point where her being a female was the TomatoSurprise of the first game. However, pictures of her wearing more revealing clothes are sometimes unlockables. For the first few games, Samus outside of her PoweredArmor would be seen wearing a bikini of a variation of it. After the franchise went 3D, Samus is always shown in her [[CatSuit Zero Suit]], which covers everything, but is skin tight and pronounces her figure more.
