* ''CountdownToFinalCrisis'': Oh sure, some people will say it's actually so bad it's horrible, but really, if you reflect on what a huge MissedMomentOfAwesome/TheyWastedAPerfectlyGoodPlot it is (look at the entry on the work's page) and take into account that the entire thing was shunted into CanonDiscontinuity afterwards, it becomes entertaining beyond belief, especially seeing as the [[RandomEventsPlot plot makes no sense]] and [[FourLinesAllWaiting is crammed to the brim with parallel storylines]], making it impossible to be boring or tedious. And it's ''really'' easy to read as a RoundRobin crackfic written by a bunch of superheroes and [[WeirdnessMagnet Jimmy Olsen]] making a huge joke out of all the bizarre shit that keeps happening to them.

* The original "Mighty Crusaders" series of the mid-1960s is this: Hokey stories, bland attempts by Superman co-creator Jerry Siegel to ape the Stan Lee style, and silly over-exaggeration of the very Marvel-style story concepts that they were aiming for. No wonder that they are continued to be mocked on the web!

** There was a similar comic with Jay Leno. The plot being Spider-Man and Leno team up to film a General Motors commercial, then get attacked by ninja, and a a 52-year-old Jay Leno practicing kung fu on a ninja-defeating level. It also has a [[DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything promising Brokeback Mountain style subtext]].

** Plus, not only is sex their mission, it seems to be all they ever think about. In an attempt at giving the comic a "mature" feel, the characters drop sex into nearly EVERY conversation. On several occasions they'll be discussing something totally unrelated, and someone will basically say "you know that reminds me: I have sex all the time!" and ''no one will find that weird.''

* Batman R.I.P., aka Batman goes Batshit. The entire plot centers around batman loosing his mind (or maybe it's just GrantMorrison who lost his mind?) He spends most of his time getting high on god knows what cocktail of drugs, dressed in a purple red and yellow costume calling himself "The Batman of Zur-en-arrh". "The Bat-radia" an old broken radio he got from a homeless man is treated like some kind of omnipotent magic box (this is actually a major plot point) with Batman spouting such lines as "as surly as I hold in my hand the Bat-radia" and "The Bat-radia sees through your lies". Crazy homeless Batman. Wow.

** Does it count? Its cheesiness seemed really intentional.

** YourMileageMayVary on this one. I think it's honestly a really, truly good work, perhaps the JLA/E/I/Ant/whatever's finest run.

* What about that issue of DoomPatrol where the super villain with the robotic penis is beaten by the transsexual hooker in a frog mask who gained powers by servicing a radioactive Hermaphrodite?
** ... I'm sorry, what?
** GrantMorrison.
*** Actually no, yes it's strange, yes it's DoomPatrol, but it was actually written by someone else, Rachel Pollack.
** It's not actually a "Robot Penis" It's more of a [[SwissArmyWeapon Swiss Army]] Codpiece. Codpiece (that's the villain's name) built it to take revenge on the world which shunned him because of his small penis. The various devices built into it include a rocket launcher, spring loaded boxing gloves, and a giant pair of scissors.
** Plus, it's ''Doom Patrol''. It's ''supposed'' to be wonky.

* Brute Force, a four-issue mini series from Marvel in which a hippie scientist has his cyborg gorilla stolen by a group of mercenary clowns. He then makes a team of cyborg animals consisting of a kangaroo, an eagle, a bear, a dolphin, and a lion to fight the evil corporation behind the kidnapping and the destruction of the rainforest. Yes, seriously. Hell, even [[AtopTheFourthWall Linkara]] addressed that it's a [[SoBadItsGood so bad, it's good]] comic and that you ''should'' try to pick it up, if only for the [[CrowningMomentOfAwesome Robo-Bear Vs. Hell, Linkara cited this comic as why he loves comics: no other medium he's seen has the bizarrely awesome moments he saw, like clowns taking down a cyborg gorilla.

The plot features Venom an the Hulk teaming up to stop "Dr. Badvibes" (they even lampshade how stupid the name is) a crazy guy who claims he can cause earthquakes (he can't the earthquakes are just a coincidence).
