She tasks you with finding her husband, who went into a Ghost Maze to find Magic Fruit, which would cure her Pac-Man Fever. You arrive and team up with the husband who, of course, looks like Pac-Man, and he says he needs "Magic Medicine Balls" to confront germ ghosts. After finding the balls and getting through the maze, you find and battle the ghosts, who are named Achey, Sneezy, Chilly, and Cough. Normally, they're immune to all damage, but every fifth turn they will polymorph into a blue form that allows you to damage them for a turn. You defeat them and find the Fruit, then return to Caravan to find Mr. and Mrs. Packman reunited to complete the quest.
