How do the human characters know Shere Khan's name? Mowgli, I can understand, but at the very beginning of the movie, Buldeo, and Mowgli's father already call him by his name instead just referring to him as a tiger. And it's not just them, many of the native Indian characters in the movie know him by his name, but the question is how?
