* A special crossover miniseries called ''Series/KamenRiderOutsiders'' follows up on the {{Sequel Hook}}s from the ends of ''Kamen Rider Specter × Blades'' and the ''Kamen Rider Genms'' specials, with Riders and characters from ''Ryuki'', ''Decade'', ''Blade'', ''Drive'', ''Revice'', ''Den-O'', and ''Geats'' returning as well. Continuing the narrative from the end of ''Smart Brain and the 1000% Crisis'', Foundation X attempts to resurrect and recruit various evil Riders throughout the franchise's multiverse to complete Project Outsiders, a LegionOfDoom assembled to counter the KnightTemplar AI Zein.

** ''Manga/FuutoPI'': A manga SequelSeries [[SequelInAnotherMedium in Another Medium]] to ''Double''.

** ''Manga/KamenRiderKuuga'': A manga adaptation of the TV series, with a SettingUpdate to take place in 2015 [[spoiler:and an AdaptationAmalgamation with ''Kamen Rider Agito'']]. TheMovie for ''Kamen Rider Zi-O'' indicates that this manga's continuity is a ShowWithinAShow to the main universe, with the manga version of Kuuga summoned as a RefugeeFromTVLand to participate in the fight.

** Crossed over with ''Double'' in ''Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider OOO & W Featuring Skull: Movie War Core'' (2010). While there are numerous continuity problems that prevent it from fitting neatly with ''OOO'' (though it is definitely canon to ''Double''), the ''OOO'' TieInNovel does attempt to explain at least one of those contradictions.

** The TieInNovel that concludes the narrative threads from the ''Gaim Gaiden'' V-Cinemas incorporates elements from the ''Wizard'' & ''Drive'' crossovers and the ''Kamen Rider Taisen'' movie, and features a cameo from Tsukasa Kadoya of ''Decade'' showing Mitsuzane the heroes and monsters of the other Heisei Rider seasons up to ''Drive''.

*** ''Recap/KamenRiderBuildNewWorldKamenRiderGrease'' pits Kazumi Sawatari against Kenji Uraga/Kamen Rider Metal Build. The Prime Rogue form from its self-titled Hyper Battle DVD returns here.

*** ''Recap/KamenRiderBuildNewWorldKamenRiderCrossZ'' focuses on Ryuga Banjo/Kamen Rider Cross-Z in an EnemyMine with Evolto/Kamen Rider Evol to stop the latter's older brother Killbus. During the movie, [[spoiler:the memories of everyone exposed to Nebula Gas from the World of Build are permanently restored, explaining their familiarity with the concepts in subsequent post-series appearances]].

** ''Kamen Rider Ghost: Truth! The Secret of Heroes' Eyecons!'' (2016): The ''Televi-Kun'' Hyper Battle DVD, featuring the resurrection of Chikara Saionji and the Da Vinci Gamma from ''Super Movie War Genesis''. Set after the first ''Heisei Generations'' movie and before the events of ''Ghost RE:BIRTH: Kamen Rider Specter''.

** ''Kamen Rider Ex-Aid "Tricks": Kamen Rider Lazer'' (2017): The ''Televi-Kun'' Hyper Battle DVD, set between episodes 32 & 33, and foreshadowing Lazer's resurrection in episode 34.

** ''Kamen Rider Build: Birth! KumaTelevi!! VS. Kamen Rider Grease!'' (2017): The first ''Magazine/TeleviKun'' Hyper Battle DVD, set between episodes 18 & 19.

* ''Series/KamenRiderBuild'' (2017-18): Uniquely, ''Build'' sets itself in an AlternateUniverse to the prime ''Kamen Rider'' reality, as seen when it crosses over with ''Ex-Aid'', ''Ghost'', ''Gaim'', ''Fourze'', and ''OOO'' in ''Heisei Generations FINAL'' via dimensional travel. Features an EarlyBirdCameo by Zi-O in TheMovie and a tease of one of ''Zi-O'''s {{Transformation Trinket}}s in the final episode.
** In addition to teaming up Build and Ex-Aid with their Legend Rider predecessors, ''Heisei Generations FINAL'' pits the heroes against a MadScientist's AllianceOfAlternates, one of whom is a Foundation X member. Said mad scientist is referenced in the ''Build'' series proper numerous times. The assistant director applied a retcon to Fourze's appearance in this movie, setting it a day before the ''Fourze'' portion of ''Movie War Ultimatum'' to account for continuity issues with the loss of his TransformationTrinket in the latter movie.
** According to [[WordOfGod producer Takahito Ōmori]], the finale concluding with [[spoiler:the World of Build becoming a MergedReality with the main universe into a New World]] was intended to more easily facilitate future crossovers.

* ''Series/KamenRiderExAid'' (2016-17): Features an EarlyBirdCameo by Build in TheMovie and the penultimate episode, with both appearances leading directly into the next crossover movie's plot.
** Crossed over with ''Ghost'', ''Drive'', ''Gaim'', and ''Wizard'' in ''Heisei Generations''. The ''Kamen Rider Genm'' miniseries acts as a sequel to ''Heisei Generations'', depicting the ''Ganbarizing'' game as an in-universe game connected to the Legend Rider Gashats. The BigBad of the movie, Dr. Pac-Man, is repeatedly referenced by his real name Michihiko Zaizen as an important character in the backstory of ''Ex-Aid'' as a whole.
** The ''Kamen Rider Brave'' special features Brave fighting a Beast Rider Squad of animal-based Riders from ''Kabuto'', ''Kiva'', ''Wizard'', and ''Ryuki'' led by ''Ryuki'''s Ouja, with King Dark from ''Kamen Rider X'' as their nominal master and Foundation X as TheManBehindTheMan to him.

* ''Series/KamenRiderGotchard'' (2023-24): Episode 33 features an appearance by Dark Kiva from ''Kiva'', Eternal from ''Double'', and Zein from ''Outsiders''.

*** Vol. 2 ''Film/KamenRiderGaimGaidenKamenRiderKnuckle Kamen Rider Gaim Gaiden: Kamen Rider Knuckle'' focuses on Zack/Kamen Rider Knuckle. Set between ''Movie War Full Throttle'' and the ''Gaim'' novel.

His Shin Kachidoki Arms form introduced here will later appear in the ''Zi-O'' summer movie and the ''Gaim Gaiden: Gridon VS Bravo'' miniseries.
