* StrictlyFormula: First comes the half of the episode taking place in the Doodlebops' house, which always contains the following events, in the following order: Rooney and Deedee introducing themselves, realizing Moe hasn't showed up yet, and eventually finding him hiding somewhere in the house; the Doodlebops singing the "Doodlebop Pledge"; and Moe pulling a string on the ceiling that drenches him in water for pretty much no reason at all. Then there is a sequence on Bus Driver Bob's bus that the Doodlebops board when they are going to their concert, followed by the actual concert itself which takes up the other half of the episode.

* TotemPoleTrench: Moe did something like this in the episode "Growing Moe". The episode is about him being frustrated by the fact that he's not growing up fast enough, and one of the things he does to demonstrate this frustration is to make himself look tall by standing on a stool and wearing a long coat to cover it up. A couple of children end up discovering the trick in only a matter of seconds.

A Canadian children's show from 2005, made by Creator/CookieJar. It starred a band known as The Doodlebops, who were all [[AmazingTechnicolorPopulation brightly colored]] and consisted of Moe, the drummer, Deedee, the pianist, and Rooney, the guitarist. The show's episodes can be roughly divided into two halves, the first of which showed the Doodlebops in whatever situation before going to perform at their concert, and the second of which comprised their concert performances, which consisted of a few songs, at least one of which had AnAesop in them.

----
!!This show contains examples of:
* AmazingTechnicolorPopulation: The Doodlebops themselves - Rooney is blue, Deedee is pink/purple, and Moe is yellow. The reason for this was to make them look like real life cartoon characters.
* BandToon: A live-action example.
* {{Bookends}}: The show [[EveryEpisodeEnding always ended]] with a reprise of the theme song.
* RhymesOnADime: Mazz, the Doodlebops' manager for the show's first season, spoke like this.
* TitleThemeTune: The words "We're the Doodlebops!" are repeated several times throughout the show's theme song.
* TwoGuysAndAGirl: Moe and Rooney are the two guys while Deedee is the one girl.
