** Toby freely admits that he finds Happy attractive, but her feelings toward him are more ambiguous. She does CatSmile to herself when he calls her Halloween costume something every girl does, but still hot. He also had a plan to ask her out in "Risky Business," only for Happy to ask out the Client of the Week. In "Love Boat" she admits she likes him but says she doesn't want to jeopardize their being best friends. [[spoiler:Then they hold hands and AlmostKiss at the end of the episode.]]

** In "Super Fun Guy," when the team struts out in slow motion [[spoiler: dressed in costumes from the ''Super Fun Guy'' movie so they can infiltrate the set and get to the missile they have to wipe out]].
** This happens again in "The Old College Try", when the team acquires space suits in order to access a supercomputer chamber kept at a constant temperature of -100 degrees.
** There's another at the end of "Foul Balls", after [[spoiler:Team Scorpion wins the baseball game, thus ensuring that they can stay together]].

** "Once Bitten, Twice Die" focuses on a border conflict between UsefulNotes/{{Latvia}}, UsefulNotes/{{Lithuania}}, and UsefulNotes/{{Belarus}} and the supposed outbreak of WorldWarIII that would result from it due to alliances with the United States, Germany, Poland, Russia, and China. Doubles as ArtisticLicenseHistory. While Belarus in real-life is an authoritarian regime that has poor relations with any of it's neighbors that aren't Russia, Latvia and Lithuania are both close allies, democracies, and members of both the European Union and NATO. The odds that they would go to war with each other are slim, particularly given that [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Democratic_peace_theory research shows that democracies don't fight other democracies]]; they would more than likely have resolved any border dispute peacefully, through the EU. They likely wouldn't go to war with Belarus either, knowing the risks of war with Russia if they did (the whole reason they joined NATO was to prevent THAT). Belarus would not likely attack NATO countries knowing they wouldn't stand a chance against NATO, and for all their saber-rattling, it's highly improbable that Russia would let Belarus start a war with NATO. As for China, they've typically had very little interest in the Baltic states, and would have no desire to get directly involved in a war a European war.

** In "Rogue Element", the plot centers around "California's 78th Congressional District". From 2013-2023, California only had 53 districts, at least 25 fewer than the show seems to believe they have (and that's STILL more than any other state). {{WritersCannotDoMath: This would also give California a population of at least 60 million, around 20 million more than real life.}}

* BreakTheFake: In the episode "True Colors", Walter notices that the museum that just hired the team has a fake painting in exhibit and with absolutely zero warning he slashed it with a knife. The episode further averts the aversion by the fact that the museum officials were absolutely pissed even after the restoration team confirmed Walter's findings mostly because Walter remained completely unapologetic about making such a scene.
