While Belarus in real-life is an authoritarian regime that has poor relations with any of it's neighbors that aren't Russia, Latvia and Lithuania are both close allies, democracies, and members of both the European Union and NATO. They likely wouldn't go to war with Belarus either, knowing the risks of war with Russia if they did (the whole reason they joined NATO was to prevent THAT). Belarus would not likely attack NATO countries knowing they wouldn't stand a chance against NATO, and for all their saber-rattling, it's highly improbable that Russia would let Belarus start a war with NATO. As for China, they've typically had very little interest in the Baltic states, and would have no desire to get directly involved in a war a European war.
