Misuse; ingestion of drugs must be accidental.

* IntoxicationEnsues:
** "Who Can Drink the Most Beer?" and "Who Can Smoke the Most Pot?"
** In "Who Is Coolest?", Kenny pretends to become addicted to extreme hard drugs.

Incorrect indentation. Doesn't seem to have much relation to the trope, since Flanderization is about traits being exaggerated.

** At the same time though Kenny cheats far less in later episodes, while during the first season he tended to cheat pretty much every episode.

Fixing indentation, deleting shoehorned trope, deleting general/no context example. Deleting misuse of Kick The Dog (must be an action intentionally designed to shift the audience's sympathy away from a character).

** In "Who's A Better Basketball Coach", Kenny spies on Spenny's training routine, leading the latter to do the same. Spenny is surprised to see Kenny's team is made up entirely of wheelchair users, and comes to the conclusion that winning the game under such unfair circumstances would only make himself look bad. This prompts him to fire his professional players and assemble a team of very young kids, apparently evening out the matchup... except this is exactly what Kenny predicted he would do. On the day of the match, Kenny reveals his real team of trained athletes, who effortlessly win the match.

* BerserkButton: There are two things that Kenny will absolutely not tolerate, which completely causes him to lose his cool: Physical altercations, and messing with his belongings.

* [[BetterToDieThanBeKilled Better to Die Than Be Humiliated]]: In "Who Has the Bigger Balls", Spenny threatens to actually jump off of a cliff to the rocky waters below unless Kenny forfeits. Because Kenny is not ''insane'', he does.

** Kenny will stop at nothing to fuck with his best friend, whether or not it's to escape that episode's humiliation.

* KickTheDog:
** In one episode, Spenny makes it clear that he's not homophobic and is supportive of gay rights after Kenny starts making gay jokes. Later in the episode, he angrily screeches that Kenny is "SO GAY IT'S PATHETIC". Classy.
** In a basketball competition, Spenny hires a group of children to be his basketball players, thinking Kenny wouldn't stop so low as to take them on in a real fight. ... He was wrong. And instead Kenny brought in his team, dressed in black and masks, screaming and taking the kids on without any mercy whatsoever.

* CringeComedy
** See the two-part episode "Who Do Black Guys Like More?" for many examples.
** "Who Do Gay Guys Like More" is even worse. Kenny's over the top antics and Spenny's CondescendingCompassion ultimately cause the judge to quit and storm out in disgust.
** Any time a competition involves Spenny interacting with other people. Oddly enough Kenny seems to usually do fine even when he tries his hardest to be offensive. Largely because people get that he's pretending to be shocking, and Spenny winds up trying too hard.

* CrouchingMoronHiddenBadass: Kenny. His strategy in the soldier episode is to purposefully goofing off so that he can fake [[TakeALevelInBadass improvement]] and end up looking better than Spenny, who starts out giving his best and only tires as the episode goes on. This strategy turns out to be entirely unnecessary as Kenny turns out to have more physical endurance and better reflexes than Spenny while also being a competent marksman ([[IJustShotMarvinInTheFace Spenny got kicked out of the range for being a danger to himself and others]]). In the end the judge said that while Spenny had the potential to become a soldier, he would take Kenny into combat because he's "[[CrazyIsCool crazier than shit]]."
** Kenny was also a war photographer during the Gulf War, which is very subtly hinted at near the beginning of the episode where a black-and-white photo of a younger Kenny holding two guns is briefly shown.
* CurbStompBattle: In "Who is a Better Chef?" Kenny creates three dishes that the judges loved, while Spenny produced one with glaring flaws. Not only that, but Kenny did not cheat at all during the episode, while Spenny had a professional chef feeding him instructions through an earpiece.

In "Who is a Better Chef?" Kenny creates three dishes that the judges loved, while Spenny produced one with glaring flaws. Not only that, but Kenny did not cheat at all during the episode, while Spenny had a professional chef feeding him instructions through an earpiece. One of the judges goes as far as to say that, given Kenny's expertise, Spenny was doomed from the get-go.
** "Who's A Better Basketball Coach" has Kenny pull a complex BatmanGambit that results in Spenny assembling a team of kids aged 10 at most (plus his unfit unit coordinator Kevin) to go against Kenny's jock players. Spenny's team is unsurprisingly massacred, with the game ending on a score of 85 - 2.

* GassyGastronomy: One episode has the two protagonists competing over who can blow the biggest fart. Kenny and Spenny change their dietary habits, with the former gorging on his family's chili recipe, while the latter eats beans and brussel sprouts. When Spenny starts falling behind, he assembles a banquet of what he believes to be "the gassiest foods the planet can produce", which includes a variety of peppers, popcorn, cabbage, dry plums and broccoli. Although his strategy seems to work at first, Kenny tricks him into consuming anti-gas medication, ultimately causing Spenny to lose the competition.

* ManipulativeEditing: In "Who Can Wear a Gorilla Suit the Longest", when Jamie puts on a gorilla suit and throws a fit in front of Spenny, Kenny can briefly be seen out of his costume. The logical implication is that this footage was recorded before the competition had started, but the scene takes place roughly halfway into the episode and is presented as another plan by Kenny to mess with his opponent. When the episode was uploaded to [=YouTube=], the video comments were disabled and Kenny was blurred out in the scene in question, as a means to avoid discussions over the obvious inconsistency.

* ThePrankster: One of the show's main sources of humour is Kenny repeatedly annoying Spenny with practical jokes.
** In "Who Can Stay Blindfolded the Longest?" and "Who Can Have More Fun?", Kenny becomes Silencio, a mute wrestler who spends the entire episode pulling childish pranks on Spenny.
** In "Who Can Keep His Head in a Chicken Coop the Longest", Spenny is sprayed by a skunk as a humiliation. He tries to neutralize the smell by bathing in tomato juice, though Kenny reveals he has replaced some of Spenny's bottles with hot sauce, causing him even more pain.
** In "Who Can Eat More Meat?", Kenny begins vomiting uncontrollably due to food poisoning. Rather than retreat to his bedroom or seek medical attention, he goes out of his way to puke on the stairs and on Spenny's personal bathroom.

** In "Who Can Handle More Torture", Spenny is forced to put a rubber penis in his mouth as part of a challenge. The toy is not blurred out until Spenny is already covering it with his lips.
** In "Who Can Keep a Dump in their Pants the Longest", the show blurs out an ointment's logo, a shot of Kenny's penis, and the stains in the competitors' diapers. However, the logo in the air fresheners used throughout the competition, frames where Spenny's genitals can be seen, and a close-up shot of fecal matter in Spenny's bathroom are not censored. In the DVD commentary, Kenny admits that these scenes were aired unedited by mistake.

A large amount of them got taken down again

In 2012 Kenny uploaded every single episode of the show (including some never aired) onto his Website/YouTube account. Tragically they were all taken down due to meddling from higher ups, but [[https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLRSR9GR4CP7ivjS-_HzEJzG_yuS83vq3B they're back up as of 2018.]]

Spenny claimed that it was about proving he has courage, and noting that it's just water so he'd live. Obviously it was dangerous, but he didn't threaten suicide

** In "Who Has Bigger Balls" Kenny was able to rack up a decent lead by competing legitimately, but he still attempts to psych Spenny out by trashing his room. Unfortunately for Kenny this backfires when Spenny is so despondent and fed up that he threatens to commit suicide and Kenny forfeits to stop him.

Up To Eleven is a defunct trope

* UpToEleven: Kenny has many evil alter egos, but somehow his Satan persona isn't the most evil or sadistic one. As Spenny notes in the Arm Wrestling episode, that honor goes to Silencio, a masked wrestler whose sole purpose is to sneak aound the house and pull childish pranks on him.

** Kenny will often twist the rules of a competition by interpreting them too literally. Verges on InsaneTrollLogic in the arm wrestling episode, when Spenny says that he wants "a fair match between Kenny Hotz and Spencer Rice". So Kenny locates a 14-year old boy who is also named Spencer Rice and handily wins a match against him.
