* BadBoss: Captain Pommerleau, who the captain Patenaude looks up to, is known for having always completed his missions, but Flavien reveals that in order to do that he sacrificed sixity-seven crewmembers, something the Patenaude can't afford.

** During a feverish ImagineSpot by the Captain, seeing Flavien desperately trying to revive crewmembers dying from extreme heat, the latter strangles Brad to death in the middle of it.

* BloodBrothers: Childhood best friends Bob and Flavien who have indeed made a pact by mixing their salivas in the principal's coffee.

* ComedicSociopathy: Brad is the source (and subject) to this often. He's so unrepentingly, gleefully vile that his evil deeds become hilarious, even when he's talking about [[BlackComedy murdering an alien mime and its child]].
