"Hastler" is how his name is romanized in the Toei Tokusatsu subs on You Tube.

TwentyMinutesIntoTheFuture, the most advanced computer ever, [[BigBad Brain]], is developed by an international peacekeeping organization known as the Red Muffler Corps to predict and counter natural disasters on Earth. One day, Brain decides that instead of helping humanity it would rather TakeOverTheWorld and escapes along with his creator [[MadScientist Professor Hessler]] to build army of giant robots with which to accomplish this. After a young boy named Saburo loses his family in an attack by one of Brain's robots, he stumbles across another one named Daitetsujin 17 and manages to activate it. 17 does not share its creator's vision of subjugating humanity and instead chooses to help Saburo and the Red Muffler Corps fight against Brain's army.
