** Doctor Abobrinha seems to think that his success in tearing down the castle to create a mega real estate development depends solely on Nino signing a disguised contract. But the real thing would be much more complicated. To begin with, Nino wouldn't even have authorization to sell the castle, since the legal guardians are his uncles (much less the snake Celeste, who also signed by mistake). And Abobrinhawould still need to evict all the members of the castle, but then Victor and Morgana would allege in court that there was fraud, and Abobrinha could end up in jail, without achieving either.
** To make matters worse, the series seems to confirm that he's really stupid when it comes to making plans, because in one episode, he thinks it's a brilliant idea for Nino to go on a trip to Japan so he can disguise himself as Nino... only for him to later realize that his disguise is useless, as Nino is not there to sign the contract!
