Added DiffLines:

* BrainComputerInterface: People need some kind of Scuba Gear device to access the Digital Sea. Sometimes this comes from an external rig, sometimes people choose to get implants. Regardless of whether a character had an implant or not before this, they still can't disconnect now.
* BrainUpload: Technology has advanced enough that ordinary humans can choose to get Uploaded and become AIs. Can overlap with VirtualGhost if they were uploaded for medical reasons.

Added DiffLines:

* EvilLuddite: The anti-technology group Open Air...depending on who you ask. Open Air members themselves might think of it as more of a SpaceAmish thing.

Added DiffLines:

* YourMindMakesItReal: Interactions between humans and AIs are like this. The AI isn't really there, but the mind can be tricked into a lot, resulting in things like AI/human fistfights, complete with real pain!

The year is 2137, long after the original mutual killing between the [[Roleplay/GardenRonpa DENEV AIs]] and the second mutual killing [[Roleplay/GardenRonpa2 centered around the Wrwwwlwdian civil war]]. By now the AI development and the ScubaGear system that was detailed over the first two games has saturated the world. Humans, AIs, and Augmented that blur the lines between them now interact in a fascinating futuristic environment via the Digital Sea. Hope's Peak as an institution is long gone, but when 20 students wake up on a space station with some assigned talents and a vaguely familiar little girl, it doesn't take long to realize what was once history is now happening again.

* InsideAComputerSystem: While the first two Garden games dealt with this, it's only a theory pushed around in-universe as of yet. Although, right now all the characters are unable to disconnect from the Digital Sea...
* InvoluntaryBattleToTheDeath

* TeenGenius: Downplayed compared to the usual Ronpa fangames--the students and their talents aren't actually endorsed by Hope's Peak, and most of their accomplishments are less impressive in general compared to usual games of this ilk. Most of the students are still pretty knowledgeable and badass, though.
* VictimOfTheWeek: Well, of the Fortnight, anyway.

* VictimOfTheWeek: Well, TheCorpseStopsHere: Subverted--a body can only be announced if it's found by a certain amount of people who aren't the killer, so the discoverers are usually free of suspicion.
* WhatMeasureIsANonHuman: Anti-AI sentiments are still alive and well, not just in society but on the station. There are about as many anti-AI bigots as there are actual AI students. However, this time period sees AIs given the same rights as humans in most countries, and the vast majority
of the Fortnight, anyway.cast sees them as equal to humans.

Hope's Peak as an institution is long gone, but when 20 students wake up on a space station with some assigned talents and a vaguely familiar little girl, it doesn't take long to realize what was once history is now happening again.

Once again, the students are tasked with the age-old question...would you kill another person to go home again?

!!This game provides examples of:
* AnyoneCanDie: On a meta level, any player can volunteer their character to kill or be killed. On a purely in-game level, it really is a free-for-all of murder.
* AnyLastWords: The murderers are usually given a small amount of time to explain themselves before being dragged off to their PublicExecution.
* DeadlyGame: The very premise.
* DwindlingParty: What started as 20 students is quickly reducing down as the game wears on...
* EvilLaugh: Sesesesesesese!!
* FlawExploitation: The purpose of the motives is to find these flaws in the students and use them to push them into desperation or despair.
* InsideAComputerSystem: While the first two Garden games dealt with this,
* LaserGuidedAmnesia: All of the students face some degree of this after they wake up on the station.
