His Twitter account was last updated in 2015, and his Tumblr blog where he announced he was hired by Google is now defunct. He left Google in 2021 and whatever current projects he's doing are unknown. Considering the controversies that erupted on the site over the years, especially during the last few years he was running the site, this could be seen as him trying to protect himself and [[BuryYourArt move on from the community he created and now no longer cares for]].
