Guillermo is hiding in a motel from the vengeful Nandor, who is out to kill him now that he knows the truth about what Guillermo did. The other vampires visit him to say their goodbyes. Meanwhile, Nandor runs into actor Creator/PattonOswalt and strikes up a friendship with him, but after Oswalt suggests Nandor should forgive Guillermo, Nandor kills him. Fortuantely, this makes Nandor realize killing a friend does not bring him satisfaction, and he instead decides to help Guillermo complete his transformation.
