Up To Eleven is a defunct trope

* ModestRoyalty: Aside from the Enutrof King, who wears a typical royal mantle and is covered in golden ornaments, all the other monarchs tend to have rather simple, down-to-earth clothing. The Sacrier and Ecaflip King takes this UpToEleven, as the former only wears a red sleeveless shirt, dark pants and boots and bloody markings on his arms, while the latter looks like a random adventurer, with tattered traveling clothes, a staff and a straw ''gasa''.

No spoiler on a recap page.

Back into the Sadida Kingdom, a unique event is about to take place: King Sherar Sharm is hosting the Council of Twelve, a council consisting of all the heads of state of the Twelve races, as well as envoyee from the cities of Bonta and Brakmar and, in a unique case, the Eliatropes, represented by Adamai and Qilby, in order to learn the story of the Eliatropes and discuss how to deal with the incoming arrival of the Eliatrope children. Meanwhile, the Brotherhood is facing growing tension between Eva and Sadlygrove, not helped when the Iop accidentally attacks some Cra envoyees, who tells Eva that her sister Cleome has fled the citadel and has been spotted in the area.

* DarkIsNotEvil: The Sram king is a skeletal creature dressed in black sorcerous robes and comes from a race notorious for backstabbing and foul play, but is nothing but corteous and is one of the first to offer the Eliatropes a place to call home. The Xelor King meanwhile looks like a borderline HumanoidAbomination in a hood, but is still a reasonable and just monarch.

* ExpectingSomeoneTaller: Lampshaded, when the Eniripsa Queen sees Adamai she comments on how small and unassuming he is, with the Matriarch pointing out that he and Yugo, despite their looks, were able to stop Nox in the first place. The Iop king express a similar feeling for Adamai, as he expected someone heftier for a Dragon.

* LazyBum: While all the other monarchs are sit (in Xelor's case, even levitating), the Feca King is downright lying down on his recline-shaped seat.
* LeeroyJenkins: When Sadlygrove mistakes the Cra for enemies he promtply attacks them without waiting for the others, nearly causing an irreversible accident.
* LevitatingLotusPosition: The Xelor King is shown costantly floating in midair in such a position.

* RealityEnsues: As much as they rulers are willing to lend a hand to the Eliatrope and, in Osamodas' case, even consider them almost siblings, they're taken aback when Qilby tells them that they ranks in the ten thousands, as they're unable to support such a large population, even if we're talking about children, and the rumors spread by the Prince of Brakmar made them more unsure.

!!Tropes:

* AdiposeRex: Daihitsu, the Pandawa Queen, who's also a BigBeautifulWoman.
* BerserkButton: Adamai becomes offended when the Prince of Brakmar accuses Yugo of destroying part of his city, but when he keeps insulting him and the Eliatropes as whole, declaring them too dangerous to be trusted, he breaths a massive stream of fire in the air in a show of anger.
* ContinuityNod:
** The Matriarch from [[Recap/WakfuS1E24Reunion Reunion]] reappears as the representative of the Cra.
** The Prince of Brakmar mentions the destruction caused by Yugo in his city, neglecting to mention that it was the Mmmmmmmmmporg's fault.
** Cleome, who first appeared in a dream sequence in the first season, is openly mentioned.
* EarlyBirdCameo: The woman next to the Osamodas King is actually princess Aurora, who's eventually married to Armand in Season 3.
* EmotionalRegression: Sadlygrove starts to show signs of this when his relationship with Eva starts to go awry and he resents being considered an idiot by her.
* ExpectingSomeoneTaller: Lampshaded, when the Eniripsa Queen sees Adamai she comments on how small and unassuming he is, with the Matriarch pointing out that he and Yugo, despite their looks, were able to stop Nox in the first place.
* {{Foreshadowing}}:
** Yugo training to use his Wakfu beams like pistols comes up later in the season for a knife-tossing competition.
** Notice Qilby's unusual smirk when he announces just how many Eliatrope Children are there...
* {{Greed}}: A expected, the Enutrof King, who dismiss rumors of "Enutrof Mines" as a mere tale for tourists and when he learns that there will be tens of thousands of Eliatrope Children to care for he asks who's gonna cover the expenses.
* InTheHood: The Xelor ruler is covered in a horned hood that hides most of his body, with two teal eyes visible where his head would be and another bigger sphere of light in his torso.
* LargeAndInCharge: Daihitsu, the Iop King and the Sacrier King are all large, tall and imposing. Averted by the Enutrof King, who's comically small.
* NiceToTheWaiter: The Prince of Brakmar gives a gold coin to the waitress who served him tea. While it may seem rude, she actually appreciate the gesture and it fits the Brakmarian belief that everything must be paid for.
* NonIndicativeName: The Council of Twelve in this episode is arguably a council of Fifteen, as it includes representants from all the Twelve races, plus envoyees from Bonta and Brakmar and Adamai and Qilby as the Eliatropes.

* RewatchBonus: [[spoiler: Watching the episode after learning of Qilby's treachery makes it clear that he deliberately [[WeCouldHaveAvoidedAllThisPlot sabotaged the council]] to further his plans.]]
* PhenotypeStereotype: InUniverse, nearly all the Iops have ginger red hair (white if they turn evil), but the Iop King has black hair for some reason.
* PetTheDog: Even after learning of the sheer number of the Eliatrope Children involved, Daihitsu still graciously claims that she's willing to share all the bamboo milk they want.
* PrettyInMink: The Eniripsa Queen wears a massive fur collar shaped like a heart, and is quite pretty.
* TheScapegoat: The Prince of Brakmar accuses Yugo of devastating his city both to smear his name and to cover his ass regarding the accident with the Mmmmmmmmmporg.
* SelfDeprecation: The Iop King, after he dismissed the Sram's offer of hospitality to the Eliatropes, invites them to join the Iop, since "Our brains are too small to contemplate treachery".
* ShockAndAwe: When facing his first Cra, Dally invokes the "Sword of Heaven", which manifests as a thunder attack that brings the rider down.
* StartMyOwn: According to the Cra patrol, Cleome was such a fangirl of the Brotherhood of Tofu that she left the citadel with two of her friends and started the "Brotherhood of the Black Arrow" to emulate her sister.
* SuspiciouslySpecificDenial: The Enutrof King is pretty adamantine in denying the existance of the fabled Enutrof Mines in his domains. It's just a rumor to attract tourists, you see...
* UnreliableExpositor:
** The Prince of Brakmar claims that Yugo devastated his city and that the attack was unprovoked, lying through his teeth just to get back at the Eliatrope.
** [[spoiler: Qilby mentioning that he personally met Sadida (impossible as he was sealed away before Orgonax's defeat and the arrival of the 10) and lies about the number of the Eliatrope children.]]
* VillainHasAPoint: While he's clearing exaggerating things and speaking half-truths, the Prince of Brakmar isn't wrong in pointing out that even as children, Eliatropes may prove dangerous.
* WhamLine: When finally asked how many Eliatrope Children are there, waiting to be released, Qilby announces that there's ''over ten thousands'' of them, throwing the Council in turmoil at the news.
* WhatTheHellHero: Eva and Amalia chews out Dally for attacking impulsively the Cra patrol, wounding a couple of them in the process.
