* RealityEnsues: The girls nearly end up fighting Princess in the first store they go to when they see she's breaking the "Worlds #1 Dad" mugs. But the manager stops them since he mentions she ''did'' buy the cups and is free to do what she wants with them (In this case, destroying them so her father can have the only one). Plus not wanting the ensuing fight to destroy his store. Likewise the manager of the second store scolds the girls for nearly breaking merchandise when they knock Mojo into a display.

* BaitAndSwitch: At the end, it seemed like the villains were willing to ceasefire and get the girls a new mug out of kindness for the holiday. But then it's revealed that they had implanted a bomb into it. Luckily Santa got to the house first and put a replacement mug under the tree. With the villains not realizing it isn't theirs until they realize Mojo forgot to make the switch. Followed shortly by the bomb blowing up in their faces.

** After the girls send the cup flying during their tug of war and it lands, it seems perfectly unharmed. They let out a sign of relief...and then it grows cracks and breaks.

* ContinuitySnarl: Blossom not believing in Santa is odd considering, if this show ''does'' follow from the old continuity, she should know already is real since "The Fight Before Christmas" had the girls meeting him.

It's Christmas time again and the girls are all set to give the Professor a mug sporting "World's #1 Dad". But during an argument between Blossom and Buttercup and Bubbles about if Santa is real, they end up breaking it in their scuffle. Now the three have to rush to get a replacement, not helped by the fact that some of their villains keep getting in their way.
