Blossom and Buttercup awake one morning with headaches, their house trashed, a bull making breakfast in their kitchen, and no sign of Bubbles. They eventually recall the night before where they had a slumber party with their friends which was meant to lead into a trip to a water park the next day, but binged too much on candy and got into a sugar rush high. Now they need to retrace their steps and find Bubbles before the Professor comes back to come pick them up for the water park.

* DraggedIntoDrag: Mojo Jojo suffers this when the girls, hopped up on sugar, pull him into the party, put him in a dress and put make up on him (though he admits, he likes the fingernails).
