Lyuba decided to put a dating advertisement in some magazine. Varya tells her that only old farts still use (or read) those, and introduces her to dating websites. Of course, Lyuba falsifies some information (sets up a wrong age, puts on an old photo). Then they creates a profile for Varya herself, using the best photo they could find. Varya almost backs out, fearing that somebody from the hospital would find out, but Lyuba assures her that even if someone tries, they would be too ashamed to reveal that they're browsing those sites. Unknowingly to them, someone already did -- Kupitman; he then shows it to Gleb, Semyon and Phil, tasking them with mocking Varya and ruining her trust in dating sites before she runs into any real danger; Phil objects to the plan, and warns Varya. Varya and Lyuba, after some researches, narrows down the messages presumably from Romanenko and Lobanov, but quickly gives up: they know that the guys wouldn't write like this; unknowingly to them, Gleb and Semyon actually failed to write ''anything'', and gave up as well. Unfortunately, Lyuba sees something which convinces her that they're indeed behind it, and Varya starts playing along with some particularly eccentric guy named "Rudolph", who actually goes on a date when invited, and has to be knocked out with a broomstick due to not understanding the word "no".

Someone just played a series of pranks on Kupitman, with Bykov being a first suspect. Kupitman's answer is to cover Bykov's workplace with glue. Both considers those pranks to be child-level at most: come on, they're big boys, and can do better! But then Bykov realises that there's a third side involved. Despite that prankster covering their tracks in such a way that everything points at Bykov, he still finds the clues that it's their traumatologist Misha. Kupitman suggests that his motive is jealousy towards his friendship with Bykov. They cooperates to set up a prank in Misha's office, with clear clues pointing at Kupitman, and only then Bykov reveals that it was his plan all along: to make Kupitman prank Misha, who's indeed angry at Bykov, but not because he's Kupitman's friend, but because he's a ''bad friend''. And it's too late to turn back...

Phil's patient is an old man who claims to have active sex life; Phil doesn't believe him... until the patient's wife confirms it -- because he bothers ''her'' with it. But when Phil tries to talk with patient, it turns out that said woman is not his wife -- ''she is his mistress''! Just in time for the ''real'' wife to appear. After barely managing to avoid being busted, the patient reveals that he actually has ''two'' lovers... and the valid reason to require them -- otherwise, his sex drive would drive him crazy. Only when Phil asks the patient's wife to control him (and warns about his lovers), she reveals that she keeps secretly giving him viagra, because without it -- and without sex -- he slips into depression.

Someone played series of pranks (water-filled balloon, pepper-cowered towel and water with zelyonka in it) on Kupitman, and of course Bykov is first suspect. He answered by covering Bykov's workplace with glue. Both are considered those pranks to be child-level at best (they are big boys and are supposed to create more serious pranks!). Then Bykov realised what theres must be somebody ''third'' who started all this. Except... every single clue ''still'' points on Bykov... right until Bykov found one specific clue which pointed to their traumatologist Misha (his favourite brand of cigarettes, one which he leaved in Kupitman's office). But what motif he has? Kupitman suspects jealousy to his and Bykov's friendship. They organised secret prank right in his office, with clear clues pointing at Kupitman -- he would know better than interfere in their friendship! Only then Bykov revealed what he ''was'' behind those pranks all along, and all this was to force Kupitman to play prank ''on Misha'' -- who was Bykov's main target all along (they had conflict because of Bykov's friendship with Kupitman, but because Misha considered ''Bykov'' to be bad friend, not the other way around). And it's too late to fix anything...

Phil's patient is old man who claims to have active sex life, in which Phil doesn't believe him... until patient's wife confirmed it -- because he bothers ''her'' with it. But when Phil tried to talk with patient, it turns out what said woman is not his wife -- ''she is his mistress''! Just in time for ''real'' wife to appear. Lyuba decided to write dating announcement in some magazine. Varya assured her what only some old farts still use (or read) those, and introduced her to dating service. Of course, Lyuba falsified some information (by putting wrong age, or using her old photo). Then they created profile for Varya herself (with her best photo they could find). Varya almost backed out, fearing if somebody from their hospital would find out, but Lyuba assured her what even if they do, they would be ashamed to bring attention to ''them'' using dating services. Except... one guy just did -- no one else but Kupitman. Kupitman showed it to other three interns in hope they would make fun out of it -- and ruin Varya's trust in dating services before she gets hurt for real -- but Phil is only one to object, and warn Varya about possible provocations. She and Lyuba started researching messages she received to narrow down those from Romanenko and Lobanov, only to reject them one by one for different reasons: one was too nice, other contained [[AnatomicallyImpossibleSex some random dude's wet fantasies, too anatomically incorrect even for Lobanov]], third one was poetic (they are too dumb for that), and fourth just... weird (it involved fantasy when this guy become Varya's puppy). Lyuba realised what this wouldn't work and decided to try another method. Meanwhile, Gleb and Semyon spend whole hour, without creating ''anything''. Just after Lyuba almost busted them (which confirmed her suspicions), they decided to abandon that prank altogether: its both cruel and (after they think about it so much) no longer funny. So, when Varya started playing along with some "Rudolph's" dirty fantasies for fun... oops. Varya and Lyuba organised a date with him (so Lyuba would bust Gleb and Semyon and mock them), only for real "Rudolph" to appear. Rudolph actually considered Lyuba to be even better option than Varya, and was so aggressive, Varya was forced to knock him out with broomstick.

Phil is the only one to object and call it amoral, to which Kupitman replied what replies that [[CruelToBeKind it's better what that they ruin Varya's trust in dating services]] websites]] ''[[CruelToBeKind now]]'', [[CruelToBeKind then than she found would find some sleazy rogue who would break her heart later]]. Phil does not believe him, and warned warns Varya anyway.
* WhoWouldBeStupidEnough: Of course, it is safe for Varya and Lyuba to use dating services, website, because no one else in the hospital would touch them -- or at least show in any way what that they do it. Cut to [[DirtyOldMan Kupitman]] finding Varya's freshly created profile during browsing the same service.site.

Your Cheating Heart is an index, not a trope.

** Phil's patient is 76 years old man who has two lovers... [[YourCheatingHeart despite being married]]. He has a reason for such active sex life -- if he stops, they would [[EroticDream plague his dream]], which is even worse. His wife later revealed what he acts like this because she (secretly) gives him viagra (two full doses, no less!); without sex, he would slip into depression again, which was reason behind starting all this in the first place.

After barely managing to avoid being busted, patient revealed what he actually has ''two'' lovers... and valid reason to require them -- otherwise, his sex drive would drive him crazy. Only when Phil asked patient's wife to control him (and warned about his lovers), she revealed what she keeps secretly giving him viagra, because without it -- and without sex -- he slips into depression.

!! This episode provides examples of:
* AnatomicallyImpossibleSex: At least one of messages to Varya's profile on dating service is filled with some dude's erotic fantasies, which Lyuba instantly recognised may only belong to some horny high school student: maximum hormones, minimum understanding of human anatomy.
* ChubbyChaser: "Rudolph" actually considered Lyuba to be even more attractive than tiny Varya. He also can't take "no" as an answer, forcing Varya to knock him out with broomstick.
* DirtyOldMan:
** Kupitman actually uses dating services for his affairs. This is how he found Varya's profile when she decided to create one out of experiment.

* DudeNotFunny: Phil reacted this ways to Kupitman's suggestion to mock Varya's attempt to use dating service instantly. Gleb and Semyon initially was okay with that plan, but when they failed to create something funny, come to conclusion what even if they do, prank like this is too cruel anyway and not worth it. Unfortunately, they did this ''after'' Lyuba busted them and "confirmed" their involvement with messages which were already created (despite they failed to send their own for a full hour).
* ExtremeLibido: Phil's patient has extreme libido... [[DirtyOldMan despite being 76 years old]], [[YourCheatingHeart forcing him to have two lovers]], or he would not be able to sleep. When it's already too late to fix anything.
