Levin argues with Lyuba about who of them is more competent (Levin with his theoretic knowledge, or Lyuba with her experience). Bykov overhears hem and offers to swap roles for a day to find this out on practice. Lyuba gives up in less than a half an hour, but Levin fights til the end of day (making numerous screwups on the way) before finally accepting defeat.

Meanwhile, Lobanov's patient rejects him, instantly guessing that Semyon is dumb, lazy and rude; Lobanov's objections only proves him right. He asks Varya for help... only for the patient to reject her, too. Why? Because she lacks experience, self-confidence and initiative. When Bykov learns about this, he decides to see him himself... only for the patient to reject even him – because Bykov is cynical, prideful and rude egoist. After him, Gleb decides to try too, and the patient tells him that he is irresponsible, spoiled brat... but Gleb offers him "luxurious conditions", via his connections to Kisegach, and patient agrees to keep quiet. But now Gleb must actually do everything he promised, and Kisegach is not exactly on his side.

Varya acts extremely angry towards everyone; Gleb thinks that this is because she can't adapt to her new, sexless life. And he is right. Fortunately, Varya's patient practice yoga for stress -- and arousal -- relief. Varya thinks that she is crazy at first, but then decides to try by herself. This ends in her getting stuck in rather... interesting position. Fortunately, Lobanov saves her. He then offers her another, safer method of stress relief... video games. This actually works.

Bykov provokes Gleb into spilling out just how he fooled the patient into accepting him... by telling Gleb that his patient is dead. After this, the patient, who didn't receive his promised "luxurious conditions", decides to accept Bykov after all... only for Bykov to not accept ''him''. Between remaining as Gleb's patient, and going to another hospital, the patient choses the latter.

* BaitAndSwitch: When Varya explains to Lobanov that her [[EpicFail disastrous attempt to practice yoga]] was to deal with stress caused by lack of sex, he tells her that he has a similar problem after his quarrel with Olga, but he has one idea how they can ''help each other''... cut to them playing video games together.

Lobanov is dumb, lazy and rude; Varya is self-doubtful, inexperienced and lacks initiative; Bykov is rude, cynical and prideful; and Gleb is a lazy spoiled brat.

* {{Hypocrite}}: The picky patient, rather arrogantly, rejects Lobanov, Varya, Bykov and Romanenko (in that order), stating the reasons they can't be trusted. He accepts Gleb when Romanenko flat out bribes him, and ''immediately'' changes into complimenting Bykov and asking him to be his doctor when Gleb fails to fulfil his end of agreement. This hypocrisy is likely the reason why Bykov refuses to deal with him once he changes his mind, and tells him to either accept Gleb or leave.
