Lobanov must deal with stress after breakup with Olga; when Kupitman's plan (just get drunk) fails, Bykov suggests him that work is the best treatment. Lots of work. This still fails, and Kupitman decides to take another attempt, only to be interrupted by Bykov. This leads to them arguing with each other, ignoring Semyon, until Kisegach appears and takes Semyon with her. Her suggestion? To just talk with somebody who would understand him; she knows, since she is divorced herself. But instead of helping him, she remembers her story with Victor Romanenko, and sides with Olga, reminding Semyon that the whole situation with his (ex)wife is his fault in the first place, which obviously makes the problem worse. Tired of their advices, Semyon decides to just take some alcohol from a nurse Galya, and get wasted... which ends in him having one night stand with her.

* ConfessInConfidence: Kisegach suggests Lobanov to deal with his depression by telling about his problems to somebody who can understand him, like herself (she'd divorced Gleb's father Victor many years ago). This fails, since she actually takes ''Olya's'' side.
* DefiledForever: Anything involving anal sex (or [[AssShove even remotely related to it]]) is considered to be extreme taboo amongst Russian mobsters. Varya is not aware of this, and proceeds to give her patient colonoscopy, despite his obstinate objections (she just sedates him and does it anyway). Only Bykov intervening and reassuring the patient that this would remain a secret convinces him to leave her alone.
* TheDon: Varya's patient is a high-ranking criminal. This is a problem, since she needs to give him colonoscopy, despite anything ass-related is considered to be [[DefiledForever extremely humiliating and forbidden]] amongst Russian mobsters.

** In the end, Lobanov just gets wasted on his own; it results in him having a drunk one-night stand with nurse Galya.

* InstantlyProvenWrong: When Levin and Lyuba sees [[InstantHumiliationJustAddYouTube their photos on a fetish site, with three thousands watches already, Levin tries to assure Lyuba that no one they know would ever find this, since "only perverts would use this site anyway"... and then [[DirtyOldMan Kupitman]] appears and mocks Levin for his "Little Red Riding Hood" roleplay with Lyuba, where he played wolf.

* TattooedCrook: Varya's patient has the criminal tattoos, which basically screams that he is a mobster (more so, [[TheDon high-ranking one]]). Varya fails to notice this, which leads to the problems later on.

Levin accidentally send his and Lyuba's erotic photos to somebody else instead of Lyuba... and none of them knows to ''whom''. They managed to find the guy... but not before he uploaded all photos into internet.

Bykov then explain to her what she did a grave mistake, and what once he awakes and feel strange, unfamiliar pain in his ass, he would instantly recognise its source. [[OhCrap And remember her]]. Fortunately, Bykov defused situation before it comes too far.
