Remembered someone mentioning that it's wrong to put Foreshadowing on recap pages when the thing which is foreshadowed happens in another episode (in this case, a whole season later).

Ilya consumes all coins from Bykov's money cup. Since Bykov is too busy leading his son to the doctor, he temporarily assigns Lyuba to command interns.

Now, interns finally have time to properly introduce themselves. Maxim Korneev is a rich guy from St. Petersburg... and that's all what he's willing to tell right now. Alexei tries to introduce himself, but Maxim, expecting another round of "excursion to Torzhok", tells him to shut up. Maxim then tries to press Sophia into revealing more about herself (in rather rude manner), but she's in bad mood due to hangover, so he only learns that her father is named Yakov. This, in turn, leads to conflict between Maxim and Alexei, who is not amused by Maxim constantly tries to show that Lyosha is "inferior" to him and Sophia. They gets interrupted by Gleb, who, after learning why they are here, asks Lyuba to "borrow" them for a while. She has no idea what to do with them anyway, so she agrees. Gleb decides to make the best out of the situation, and, in cooperation with Semyon deceives interns that they must prepare a "presentation" for Bykov, which would tell about their personalities and previous achievements.

Bykov and Kisegach arrives into emergency centre to help Ilya. The doctor discovers that he didn't consume any coins, but he decides to falsify report and call child service department, as the parents' look and behaviour suspiciously resembles yet another horrible family of alcoholics. Meanwhile, Kisegach calls their babysitter, and learns that she'd moved all coins to a different place, specifically to prevent the situation like this, but forgot to warn the parents. Unfortunately, the child service inspector doesn't believe Bykov right away, and they have to show their living conditions. Bykov, being in bad mood, nearly sabotages everything by constant rude and sarcastic remarks, but they barely manages to convince inspector to leave them alone for now -- though they still would be put on the watch list, just in case.

Phil learns about this from Sophia, and points to Gleb potential consequences of his prank: if they overdo it, Bykov may kick new interns out... and return to abusing the old ones. The friends tries to call the prank off, but Maxim takes it as the "classic two-steps prank" (tell the truth first, then trick into believing that it was a lie, and watch for fallout), and decides the the "presentation" is indeed mandatory. Meanwhile, Kupitman tries to "help" Sophia with her hangover, by giving her more alcohol, but accidentally makes her drunk again. While drunk, she reveals that she really hates her hometown, Kirov, where she was under constant control over her overprotective father Yakov. Kupitman doesn't care, but Max and Lyosha must bring her into adequate state before anyone finds out. Maxim manages to fool Yakov by pretending to be Sophia's mentor over the phone, but for Bykov, they would need to cooperate. By the evening, Bykov finally appears, and while he doesn't know why they bothered, decides to watch their "presentations". Alexei tries to set up "Torzhok-TV" news, about him being the last hope of Torzhok medicine. Maxim makes an attempt into dramatic poetry. And Sophia, with boys' help, showcases "human puppet" show, with sudden confetti final. After that, Bykov finally understands everything, and tells them that it was a prank. At the worst moment possible, Yakov calls again; Bykov angrily tells him that he's busy, and hangs up, only for Yakov to call again right after he leaves.

Ilya consumed all coins from Bykov's cup. Since Bykov is too busy leading his son to the doctor, task of commanding interns falls on Lyuba.

Now, interns finally have time to properly introduce themselves. Maxim Korneev is rich guy from St. Petersburg... and that's all he's willing to tell right now. Alexei tried to introduce himself, but Maxim, expecting another round of "excursion to Torzhok", told him to shut up. Maxim then tried to press Sophia into revealing more about herself (in rather rude manner), but only learned what her father is called Yakov. This, in turn, led to conflict between Maxim and Alexei, who is not amused by Maxim constantly pointing out his and Sophia's "superiorness" to Alexei. They were interrupted by Gleb, who, after learning they are here, asked Lyuba to "borrow" them for a while. She has no idea what to do with them anyway, so she agrees.

Bykov and Kisegach are in emergency centre, trying to eject coins from Ilya. Unfortunately, doctor, basing on their behaviour (Bykov is very aggressive and near-violent, Kisegach looks almost broken), poor clothes, Bykov's tattoos and whole situation reminding him about his previous (mainly alcoholic) "clients", so he called child service department.

Gleb cooperated with Semyon to make best use out of "their" interns. Gleb has an idea: he lied to them what every newbie must prepare "presentation" of themselves and their previous achievements.

Traumatologist whom Bykov asked for help, decided it would be best to falsify scanning results (he didn't found any coins), so baby would be taken by child service department. Meanwhile, Kisegach called their babysitter... and learned what she moved all coins to different place specifically to avoid situation like this, but forgot to warn Ilya's parents. Now, Bykov must deal with child service department.

Phil (who learned about "presentation" from Sophia) pointed out to Gleb potential consequences of Gleb's prank: if they overdo it, Bykov would kick old intern out... and proceed back into abusing old ones. Unfortunately, Maxim interpreted Gleb and Semyon talking him out of doing presentation as classic "double-steps prank" (when you firstly give away the truth, then "explains" what this was fake, so people wouldn't do something they should), and decided what "presentation" is real requirement, after all.

Knowing he has no other way, Kupitman proceed to "help" Sophia with her hellish hangover by giving her more alcohol, so she would be at least partially ready to work... and only succeed at making her drunk again. While drunk, she revealed to him just how she hates her hometown, Kirov, where she was under constant control by her overprotective dad, Yakov. Unfortunately, while Kupitman seemingly doesn't care, Alexei and Maxim must somehow bring her into adequate state before Bykov or Sophia's father would find out. Maxim did the latter by impersonating Sophia's mentor, but they still have something to do with he former. All of them.

Bykov and Kisegach (despite Bykov nearly sabotaging everything by his behaviour) barely dealt with chid service department, and it's time to see "presentations" (Bykov doesn't know why interns even bothered, but why not?). Alexei made his own looks like some sort of TV news, "Torzhok-TV", abut him being Torzhok's medicine's last hope. Maxim proceed with some "dramatic" poetry reading. And Sophia (with boys' help) showcased some "human puppet" show, with sudden confetti final. Only then Bykov explained what they were victims of the prank. And then, at worst moment possible, Sophia's father called again... and this time it's Bykov who answered. Bykov in rather rude manner explained to him what they are busy, and hanged up... only for Yakov to call again when Bykov leaved. Oops...

Oops...

!! This episode provides examples of:
* AbuseMistake: Doctor whom Bykov asked to help to eject coins from his son (Ilya presumably accidentally consumed them) mistook him for abusive alcoholic, because a) Kisegach acts very submissive, while Bykov acts very aggressive, both to her and doctor; b) they are poorly clothed (since they rushed to the doctor with whatever clothes they have on); c) whole situation reminds him about countless abusive alcoholics he dealt with before; and d) Bykov has tattoos, which, in Russia, stereotypically heavily associated with criminals.
* ArbitraryScepticism: Trope by Gleb when Maxim (correctly) started doubting what Bykov really needs "presentation"; he asked what they did on previous days, and Alexei mentioned several weird "challenges", which seemingly proved Gleb's point.
* AxCrazy: When they brought Ilya into emergency centre, Bykov (who, because of this whole story, was forced to interrupt his sleep, not to mention heavy hangover) acted very rude and loud, causally threatening to kill doctor if he would waste his time any longer. Predictably, he was mistook for psycho and, potentially, DomesticAbuser, after which doctor called child service department. Later Bykov actually went "close and personal" with him after doctor refused to give Ilya back, which only served to prove doctor's point.
