Phil overhears something which suggests that Gleb could be... gay. Phil reveals his suspicions to Semyon, who reacts ''very'' negatively to such accusations. But when Phil explains just what made him suspect that, Semyon agrees to "delicately" investigate -- only to ask in most straightforward and insulting manner possible. The only thing that Gleb can reply with is a flat "what?..". Once the situation clears out, and Gleb confirms that Phil is just paranoid, Gleb suggests to play a prank at Phil, and play along with his suspicions. Lobanov tells Phil that they must "save" Gleb, as it's their fault -- he became gay to fight his apathy; for that, they needs vodka and some snacks. On evening, Semyon goes to "talk" with Gleb over vodka, and Gleb pretends that Lobanov "betrayed" him by revealing his "very important secret" to Phil, whom he accuses of homophobia. When "offended" Gleb leaves, Semyon goes to "calm him down", and then Phil starts hearing them having sex -- ''very'' loudly. Of course, when he goes to check, he learns that they just messed with him.

Sophia has a conflict with very aggressive nurse Spitzina from Cardiology, and must learn how to oppose her. She tries to find some advices in weird (and questionably useful) psychology book. The book suggests to imagine someone she hates the most in place of her enemy -- then, in her mind, tell this being just what she really thinks of it, to destroy it, and with it, her stress. For Sophia, such being is... Mozart. She actually tells to "Mozart's" face why she hates him and his music, with cathartic effect. But Spitzina complains to Kisegach, stating that Sophia "insulted" and threatened her. Kisegach forces Sophia to apologise, and she does -- to "Mozart", who was the only one whom she insulted. She also tells Spitzina to never mistreat her again, or she would ask Lyuba for help.

Maxim and Alexei tricks Bykov to force them to work together by pretending to hate each other's guts. Now, when they have one patient for them two, they can deal with their task much quicker and safer than by themselves. But since they deals with their patient ideally and without conflicts, Bykov considers work to be done, and decides to separate them. Maxim, realising that it's their only chance, starts insulting Alexei (who, due to surprise, fails to provide adequate response). Bykov decides that it's too soon, and allows them to continue working together... but, unknowingly to Max, starts suspecting that something is fishy. He decides to learn more about origin of Maxim's conflict with Alexei, and starts asking them, separately. They tries to create new details on the move, but due to lack of cooperations provides completely opposite answers, confirming Bykov's suspicions. Alexei takes all the blame, but Bykov suspects that the scheme isn't actually his, and asks Rita to help, as Maxim can't be allowed to get away with it. For that, they spreads the rumours that Max managed to fool Bykov, so now everyone congratulates him. Maxim eventually feels remorse, and suggests Lyosha to reveal the truth -- only for him to refuse, stating that while it would lead to Max being punished, it wouldn't result in Alexei himself being pardoned. Bykov then starts complimenting Alexei's "trickster's mind", and asking him for ideas how to play a prank on Kupitman. Maxim, hearing that Lyosha suggests only the lame ones, starts suggesting his own, more creative ones, but Bykov dismisses them as "lame", which leads to Max snapping and revealing that the whole plan was his own idea -- and getting punished with twelve night shifts (eleven for a plan itself, and one for "corrupting" Alexei). Alexei gets one night shift as well, because one of his prank suggestions was too cruel to Bykov's tastes.

Phil overherd something which suggested what Gleb could be... gay.

Sophia has a conflict with very aggressive nurse Spitzina from Cardiology, and must learn how to oppose her. She tries to find some advices in weird (and questionably useful) psychology book.

Maxim and Alexei tricked Bykov to force them to work together by pretending to hate each other's guts. Now, when they have one patient for them two, they can deal with their task much quicker and safer than by themselves.

Phil revealed his suspicions to Semyon -- who reacted ''very'' negatively at first. But after Phil explained just why he has a reasons to worry, Semyon agreed to "delicately" investigate -- only to ask in most straightforward and insulting manner possible. Gleb only managed to reply with flat "what?"

Sophia's book suggested her to imagine someone she hates the most in place of her enemy -- then, in her mind, to tell this being just what she really thinks of it, to destroy it, and with it, her stress. Sophia's most hated being is... Mozart; her music lessons were very traumatising experience, and since then, she can only associate Mozart and his music with this stress.

Since Maxim and Alexei dealt with their patient ideally, and without conflicts, Bykov considers work to be done, so they would work by themselves now. Maxim, realising this is their last chance, started insulting Alexei (who, due to surprise, failed to provide adequate response). Bykov decided it's not yet time to separate them and again united them -- just like Max wanted. Unknowingly to Max, he started suspecting what something is fishy here.

So, it turns out what Gleb isn't gay (and Phil was just paranoid). But Gleb thinks it's a great opportunity to make fun of him, and suggested Semyon to play along with Phil's suspicions; in fact, let's pretend what they are ''both'' gays now!

Sophia proceed with her plan, and said everything to "Mozart's" face, with cathartic effect.

Bykov decided to learn more about origin of Maxim's conflict with Alexei, and started asking them, separately. They tried to create new details on the move, but due to lack of cooperation (Bykov asked them separately), provided completely opposite answers, leading to Bykov realising everything.

Semyon proceed with his and Gleb's plan. He told Phil what yes, Gleb is gay now -- and what they must "save" him, because it was their fault he became gay in the first place (to fight his apathy). They only need vodka and some snacks.

Bykov suspects what Alexei just took all the blame for his and Max's scheme, and now needs Rita's help to prove it, because they can't leave Max unpunished. How? By spreading rumours what Max managed to fool Bykov, so now everyone congratulates him. Maxim actually started feeling remorses, and suggested Lyosha to reveal the truth to Bykov. Alexei refused, stating Bykov would not pardon him anyway, so it's pointless.

Sophia is in troubles: Spitzina complained to Kisegach, stating what Sophia "insulted" and threatened her. Kisegach forced Sophia to apologise... which Sophia again did with the help of "Mozart" -- to whom she actually apologised, instead of Spitzina. She also told her to never mistreat her again, or she would ask Lyuba for help.

Bykov proceed with next stage of his plan -- he started complimenting Alexei's trickster's mind (for starters, he managed to fool Bykov himself!), and asking him for ideas how they can play prank on Kupitman (all of which were completely lame). Maxim started suggesting his own, more creative ones, only for Bykov to dismiss them as "lame". Max snapped and revealed what whole plan was his own idea -- and was promptly punished with 12 night shifts (11 for plan itself, and 1 for corrupting Alexei). Lyosha didn't got away, either: he received 1 night shift because one o his ideas for prank on Kupitman was way too cruel.

Semyon and Gleb proceed with their plan. During discussion over vodka, Gleb started reacting like Semyon betrayed him by revealing his ''very'' important secret to Phil (and also accused ''Phil'' of being intolerant one here, because it was he who started acting like something is "wrong" (while Phil just worried what it could be dangerous to start being gay in rampantly homophobic Russia). When (seemingly offended) Gleb leaved, Semyon went to calm him down, which seemingly resulted in them having loud sex. Of course, when Phil went to check them, he learned they just trolled him.
