Annoyed with the lack of attention from the Gotham public, Joker starts his own TV show, "Me and the Mayor." In spite of the attempts of the Gotham police to protect him, the Mayor is kidnapped and sprayed with Joker venom. Trying to put a stop to Joker's spree, Ellen Yin's new partner, Cash Tankinson, becomes a second regular. Can Batman save both of them and all of Gotham from this worst of all programming?
