* EasilySwayedPopulation: All it takes for the Titans to unquestioningly obey someone else else, whether it's Brother Blood or a mere fortune cookie, is for Robin to stop ordering them around.around.
* MindControlDevice: The episode starts with Brother Blood trying to use a multitude of complex devices in order to brainwash the Titans, but the Titans resist them all...up until Robin is disabled for a single second, at which point the other Titans immediately fall under his influence and would have been completely under his control if he didn't have stomach problems and have to escape to a bathroom.
* MisfortuneCookie: After finding themselves unable to choose what to eat without Robin, the other Titans end up following him into a Chinese restaurant and ordering exactly what he does, getting a bucket full of fortune cookies with their meals that they decide to obey in place of Robin's orders. This goes oddly well until they start receiving "fortunes" directly ordering them to do things like building metal cages and beat up Robin, at which point it turns out that Brother Blood is writing them.
