* SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome:
** While Cindy and Artemis have been trained for years in combat, Issac isn't as physically capable in a fight and is helpless once his violin is broken.
** Despite their skills, the ISA lacks the training, combat experience and, more importantly, the trust the JSA has built between each other. Once the JSA start working together, the ISA is quickly defeated.
** Cindy spent the season up to now thinking that Eclipso and his powers were hers to command, despite several instances proving otherwise. Naturally, once he's released from his Black Diamond prison, he reveals he's been using ''her'' all along and [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness immediately dispenses with her]].

** By the same token, they physically attack or at least threaten Pat, Beth, and Mike, the physically weakest members of the JSA, while leaving Courtney and Rick alone. Subverted with Yolanda, whom Issac briefly taunts at the diner.

** Issac brings up the naked pictures of Yolanda that Cindy spread around in Season 1.

** By the same token, they physically attack or at least threaten Pat, Beth, and Mike, the physically weakest members of the JSA, while leaving Courtney and Rick alone.

* BullyingADragon: Even after it's become clear just how powerful and dangerous Eclipso really is, even after he [[SoulEating devours Isaac's soul]] in front of her, Cindy ''[[TooDumbToLive still]]'' tries to boss him around, insisting [[YouOweMe he owes her]] for helping him escape from the Black Diamond. Eclipso calmly replies that he owes her nothing, and creates a pool of black ooze which swallows her.

** Cindy tries to invoke this by finally releasing Eclipso from the black diamond when it becomes clear that her team is losing to the JSA. It backfires horribly for her.

* GodzillaThreshold: In order to help the JSA, Courtney's mom uses the number the Shade gave her to call him and let him know where the black diamond was.

* PlotHole: In light of Mike's status as a RedHerring, the fact that Eclipso included him in his illusion of the Injustice Unlimited team shot two episodes ago doesn't make any sense, as Eclipso would be just as aware of her intent for him.

* DisneyDeath: Isaac is consumed by Eclipso and is [[KilledOffForReal dead and gone for sure.]] Cindy, on the other hand, is sucked into some sort of black ooze puddle-cum-portal Eclipso creates from a shard of the black diamond and disappears. Anything could have happened to her.

* PlotHole: If Cindy only wanted to use Mike as bait, then he shouldn't have appeared in the picture of Injustice Unlimited that Eclipso created for her two episodes ago. And frankly, it means she made too big a deal over him and his photo all this time. After a RedHerring is revealed, characters' prior actions should still make sense in the new context.

* UncertainDoom: While it's not made clear whether Cindy was KilledOffForReal or simply transported to the shadow realm that Dr. Mid-Nite was seen wandering around in several episodes ago, Courtney is convinced that it's the former or the two.

* PlotHole: If Cindy only wanted to use Mike as bait, then he shouldn't have appeared in the picture Eclipso created for her of Injustice Unlimited. And frankly, it means she made too big a deal over him and his photo. After a RedHerring is revealed, characters' prior actions should still make sense in the new context.

** Isaac and Artemis tear apart STRIPE at the Pit Stop to put it out of action.

* EvilLaugh: Eclipso ends the episode doing this, while in the form of a child to really ramp up the creep factor.

* TheBait: It's revealed that the reason Cindy had a picture of Mike was not to recruit him to the ISA Unlimited, but to use him to lure Courtney and her friends into her trap.

* InternalReveal: The JSA finally learns that Cindy has the black diamond.

** When Artemis sarcastically asks Beth if she knows what it's like to have a torn family, Beth tries to sympathize by mentioning her parents are contemplating divorce, but Artemis doesn't believe her, accusing her of having a "perfect little family".

* CallBack: When confronting Beth at the diner, Isaac mentioned the pictures of herself she had sent.

** Courtney herself is manipulated by Eclpiso into using the Cosmic Staff to destroy the crystal, releasing him and giving him physical form.

** Eclipso himself flees after he seemingly depowers the Cosmic Staff, seemingly due to it injuring him just prior to this.
