In an alternate dimension where Knuckles is the smart leader of Team Sonic, a freak accident causes him to end up in the normal dimension. Though confused at first, Team Sonic soon begin to like him better than the original. But when they find out that two Knuckles in the same dimension will cause both to explode, they decide to help the alternate Knuckles get back home.
